As someone who used to have their license and a mom of 4 it's incredibly annoying and ridiculous that I can't purchase my stuff here so I can do my hair and not pay for a babysitter and go for several hours to someone who may or may not do my hair correctly. It's ok, I'll just purchase online from a different company.

I am a licensed cosmetologist, have an active license and have been a customer of Cosmoprof for years. I called to get a price check before going all the way to Carmel to get an item verses purchasing online and they said they are not able to provide prices over the phone. My card number and profile could have been easily verified but the person continued to allow me to check a price. Now, I would rather just purchase online even if it is more instead of giving this store my business.

I love coming here for my shopping experience. I purchased many items from this location and it’s always very pleasant. The staff is exceptionally helpful and encourages you to purchase exactly what you’re looking for. If you need to exchange something just save the receipt they are happy and more than willing to help. The store is clean and very organized also and it’s easy to find exactly what you’re looking for. I highly recommend this location.
