I have been impressed by the care of every member of Crew since I became a member. But today I want to give a special shoutout to David. I had a mysterious glop of glue adhered to the center of a leather seat, and nothing I tried at home helped. David told me that he could take care of the situation, and before I knew it, my leather seats were immaculately cleaned, oiled, and perfected. What I thought was a huge issue literally disappeared without a trace. In my times before and since, I have also witnessed David take care of team members and clients alike with his kind smile and a go-getter attitude. He is an asset to Crew Carwash. Thank you!!!

Horrible experience! Their machine slammed down on my van during washing and when it cracked my entire front windshield, they refused to admit fault and claimed there was already a crack in the windshield ! There was NOT! BEWARE!!!!

Ian and Addison are amazing. I had some sap on the front of my car and they hand scraped and polished it off. Spending about 5 minutes working on it. I've never had such a great carwash experience than I did at this location!

This is not my favorite location because they do not sell car cleaning suppliers and they also don’t have self-service hoses for washing down cars and floor mats. That said, 5 stars because I had a great experience here. One of the associates saw me looking for a way to clean my matts, walked over to me, and offered to spray them down herself with the car hose. Great service!

Crew actually gets my car clean and shines my tires. They will run your car back through a second time if you want to. The staff are always pleasant. Please remember--they do not collect tips and they still work there!!
I had an extremely poor experience "down the street" and I will NEVER use that carwash or any with the same name again. Just one of the awful things about my experience...After they made a mistake and had to fix it, my car key was thrown (yes-thrown) at me and landed on the floor upon opening the door. I am not a complainer and don't typically post bad reviews...even that one!
But honestly, Crew has been great upon all of my visits (3 cars consistently).

High prices for a tunnel wash and the vacuums cost money which you don't find out about until after. My advice, go somewhere else

I was a crew carwash monthly subscriber with all my vehicles for over 5 years. I recently was given reason to shop for a new carwash provider due to multiple poor experiences at multiple Crew Carwash locations.
Do yourself a favor and drive just a little further to Prime Carwash.
They still care about customer satisfaction. I wish I'd switched sooner.

Awful, now they have gates to prioritize the monthly members, so plan on waiting a long time. Also price jumped again. I am planning to move to Prime. More of a personal touch and less wait. They are clearly now about the numbers, loosing sight of loyal customers who are not monthly members
