Lindsey was my prescription cashier. She is the reason I am giving 5 stars! What a great person! She was helpful and went out of her way to see that my prescription was filled. She kept her col when other customers were not nice. Thank you Lindsey!

I'm leaving this CVS another 5 star review because the staff are so friendly! every time I walk in there is a staff member to greet me and ask if I need help finding something specific. I also recently had to go to the minute clinic here. I have had traumatic experiences at other minute clinics in the past so I was not looking forward to it. However, again I was pleasantly surprised. My clinic visit was so smooth and quick.

I cannot even begin to explain this but do not, under any circumstance, send your prescriptions to this pharmacy. Read the other reviews and take this advice.

Worst customer service. The unfriendly lady at the register was supposed to call my dentist to have a prescription filed and when I called my dentist, they hadn't received a phone call from this pharmacy. When I told the pharmacist, she replied rudely, "well, I've been in and out and I've been busy carrying boxes." Times get busy. I understand, but that's not how you answer to people. It took this pharmacy several hours to fill my prescription, when it was supposed to take no more than 40 minutes. I had to go in person to inquire about my medicine, because I had a dental procedure scheduled the following morning. After this experience, I cannot return to this location. Please send a secret shopper.

What a joke of a pharmacy. I have never seen such a cluster in my entire life. CVS should be ashamed of themselves . The head pharmacist is administering vaccines with lines of customers waiting for their prescriptions They must be growing broke and not able to afford to hire nurses etc for such things. This place has always been a pain but today they reached a new low. Spend some money CVS and hire adequate staffing or at least get close. This evening wasn’t anywhere near close to adequate. Cheap corporate blood sucking management prevent you from being the pharmacy you advertise yourself to be. I’ll never have a script sent there again. Miejers far exceeds CVS customer service .

Drop my scripts off last night after my ER visit Came thru today to pick them up and found issues with the filling of these scripts...Thanks to Madison she was patient and thorough in fixing the issues she kept incurring.

I am never going to this location again. I had surgery this morning and was planning on picking up a script of pain killers from this location (as it literally says on my documented paperwork), only to find the lady at the register extremely eager to tell me they didn't have my information in the system and there was no prescription available - next customer please... I have already picked up prescriptions in the past from here so how is that even possible? It felt like I was thrown to the wolves. I tried to make some calls and I literally hopped back in line to try to get some clarification only to be ignored. Really shows how much they care.

Horrible service. My doctor called in a prescription, nobody picked up a call so he left a voice mail. I went in 90 minutes after doctor called in but nobody had bother to check the voicemail. There were 5 people in the pharmacy.

Hung up on by the pharmacy, assumed that rx was refilled incorrect. Waited on the phone originally for 13 minutes. Waited in line for twenty to pick up rx. Waiting again to pick up.

Things at CVS Rangeline's pharmacy have gotten so bad I'm ready to transfer all 17 of my prescriptions to a different pharmacy (Market District). Since Covid, or whatever, there has been staff turnover, and it ain't great. The new pharmacists and technicians are overworked, and they end up being rude as a result of the stress they're under. There are only about 3 of the original pharmacy staff remaining, but I rarely end up interacting with the original staff. I was at CVS at 10pm trying to get a prescription I needed asap. They were all backed up even at 10pm! The phone was ringing off the hook, and I saw the pharmacist pick up the receiver and say "there's a 2-3 hour wait to speak with someone" and then he HUNG UP! I couldn't believe it! That same eve as I was waiting in the pharmacy chairs for information about my prescription, I looked over and saw the drug drop-off bin door open and overflowing! I'm attaching a photo. I told the pharmacist, who seemed too busy to be very concerned, and I told the store manager, who seemed equally uninterested. These are prescription meds that anyone (a kid, teen, person struggling with addiction) could simply reach in and grab whatever meds that were just sitting there exposed. I thought that was terribly irresponsible and their lack of concern was alarming. I need to switch pharmacies, pronto!

Too slow, long wait in drive through and walk in. You can call and no one ever answers phone - I called repeated for an hour and no one ever picked up eventually called store manager to help me. Understaff for the high volume of customers. It however has improved slightly since September 2021. So hopefully the management isListening to customer feedback on reviews

The absolutely worst service. My wife suffered 14 hours of needless pain and suffering because the pharmacy would not answer the phone between 7 pm and 8:30 pm. Calling the front store is useless because they shared all they can do is transfer you to the same line they do not answer. Strongly suggest if you need emergency weekend service try anywhere else

Awful pharmacy. Set an appointment to have my son get a flu shot. Showed up and waited 25 minutes only for the pharmacist to advise that I'd need to use the MinuteClinic for my son's shot. The MinuteClinic, predictably, was closed.

You can checkout at the Pharmacy register to save time if the main checkouts are backed up.
