Although there is an obvious shortage of staff, this CVS location and its employees always step up and ensure that each customer has superior service. I had put a photo order in and was helped immediately. I was a little disappointed by the the quality of magnet placement on the magnet I ordered. However, I will be returning to the location to see if they will fix it.

Confirm your prescription is being filled.CVS is doing it's typical job, not notifying its customers when they are out of a prescription. When I showed up to pick up my prescription the pharmacist/tech told me "we texted you at 9:02 to tell you we were out." When I showed her my phone and that I did not receive any texts after my order confirmation the response was "yeah,well it's a company problem." A grumpy attitude isn't helpful.2nd time in 24 hours - no text either time. The lack of any investment in your customers - a simple phone call instead of relying on the completely unreliable text system - is really frustrating. Take some responsibility, show a little compassion.

I just want to say thank you to the young lady that administers the Covid testing in the trailer at the Pedigrue Drive location in Carmel. She is One of the most lovely, kind woman I have ever met. CVS is very fortunate to have such an employee.

First rapid test experience today and this location did a great job! The testing location staff was super friendly and explained everything step by step for me and helped me feel more calm. I had a high heart rate (just nerves) but the nurse practitioner called me inside the building after the negative result to make sure my heart rate was good before they let me go.

Went to Minute Clinic for some lab tests. The CVS store called this am to give me my results, but I missed the call. So they left this 1-800 number. I called the number and waited on hold to speak to someone for over 30 minutes. So I called the CVS store and to see if they can just give me my results. Well, while CVS houses Minute Clinic and promotes Minute Clinic as a CVS-provided service, once you get lab tests, they suddenly have nothing to do with Minute Clinic and can't help at all. The store does not get my results (apparently) and cannot provide them to me. The ONLY way to get the results is to call this number. So I'm on hold again. This is outrageous.

I was in and out in 20 minutes with my antibiotics for my flu bug. I started feeling better within 6 hours after first dose. The nurse was very thorough and fast. A family member suggested I visit this particular CVS!!

They keep stealing my change and next time I'm going to record it. today 10 minutes ago a foreign lady that worked there gave me 14 cents back when the change due said 34 cents, she also said she would change the money on the counter in to an acctual dollar and she took all of the dollar 40 something cents and changed it into a dollar. she kept saying it was fine in bad english and got real quiet because she knew. I didnt get the right change back and didnt get my discount a few days ago aswell. They let me use my roller blades inside though but still 1 star. They scam so be careful. and make sure you question them instead of being polite which I'll do next time bc I thought it was a one time thing.

This location is really convenient. Note that the hours published on the Google Maps location correspond to the actual Pharmacy hours. The store itself is open from 8:00am to 10:00pm everyday. This store also has a propane tank exchange for those times when your grill runs out!

Mishandled a prescription without letting me know there was a problem. Not only was upsetting but also delayed treatment of a serious problem. Another pharmacy fixed the problem. Very disappointed and I won't return.
