They had a pretty large selection of shoes for men, women, and children. Lots of different styles and choices too. The store was fairly clean and I didn't notice anything out of the ordinary or dirty.
My only complaint is that I was in the store for about an hour and didn't have one employee talk to me or ask if I needed any help. I didn't end up buying anything and therefore had zero interaction with any workers.

Pro:
Nice location.
Store is clean and safe.
Con:
Limited parking.
ZERO staff to help with your selection. Only staff are at the cash registers so you have to wait in line just to ask a question. After asking, staff pulls out phone, opens DSW app and looks things up. So even they have no knowledge beyond what you can find yourself on the app.

I hadn't shopped here in years. So things were different. Didn't have a great selection to pick from. But the quality of the shoes are still good.

Great store, clean and almost always packed. Deals here are not really that amazing but great selection if you need to leave with shoes that day.

Designed Shoe Warehouse has a wide variety of shoes but not a lot of sizes and they tend to be overpriced.

Well, the pro of my interaction is that they did have the athletic shoes, in my size, that I had been searching high & low for. They held them for me until my wife picked them up.
However, when I got them, I saw that they had not made sure that they were mates.
They were not both the same size width. When I returned them they didn't seem to believe that there was a problem. The manager finally saw the problem and found the correct mate. Poorly trained sales staff. I literally had to explain to them how to tell the width of the shoe.

DSW is a great place to look for shoes. They have men’s, women’s and kids. They have a very large selection online and in store. Returns and exchanges are very easy. Their sale rack is unmatched.
