I had to take my 2019 GMC Terrain in for repair. I had spent about $1K in two weeks trying to figure out what was going on. It kept going through sparkplugs. There's something about having an actual GMC mechanic checking your vehicle. I know a dealership is usually a bit higher, but in this situation it paid off. I had low mileage (and it just fell under the five year mark). The repairs were covered under the drive train warranty. I wish I would have gone there first and saved myself two extra weeks and a thousand dollars. My vehicle was there for quite a while as major work was required, but they provided consistent, excellent communication and made sure we had a comfortable rental. I'm very confident in their service department and highly recommend them, especially if you think you might have something serious going on.Thank you to everyone there for your help during this stressful time! It's much appreciated!

I bought my beautiful new Enclave today with the help of Johnny my salesperson and Jeff in financing! They were patient with me as a first time buyer and made sure I understood the entire process. They made a daunting task manageable and helped me get to a payment I was comfortable with. Cannot recommend them enough. Thank you both!

I love coming here for service on my truck. The process is seamless and very efficient. It took less than 5 minutes to get checked in. Their waiting area is spacious and clean. It took about 45 minutes for an oil change and car wash. I really like that I get to visit with Dennis McNamara who sold me my dream truck. Everyone is very gracious and friendly. If I were to buy a car again it would definitely be at Ed Martin in Carmel Indiana.

I brought my Malibu in on Wednesday of last week because the engine lite came on. Your Service Department was busy, but Mike Rice was right there to help. I was in and out in about twelve minutes and on my way back to work. Thank you Mike for quick efficient Service. I appreciate all your help.

Dropped Acadia off to replace passenger moon roof latch which broke off while driving. Seems like an improper install in factory. Dealership replaced promptly and at a fair price. Always appreciate the great customer service we get.

Ronny and Jeff made this the best experience I’ve had when purchasing a new vehicle. They were very transparent and went above and beyond. The most important thing was as I watched around the dealership I saw similar experiences with other sales team members and customers. I like being able to make a service appointment on line. And appreciate the follow up confirmation text and phone call.Last service was an Oil Change & Tire Rotation. It only took about 45 minutes. They even took it through their Carwash. As I was checking out they explained all the points of inspection they performed.I recommend this dealership.

Had some issues with our experience at the Ford dealership next door, when this dealership set up a meeting between me, my wife, and the GM Charles. The meeting went pleasantly, with Charles telling us they would look into it and call us back. I called about a week after, no response. I called 3 weeks later, and was told Charles had my number and would call me back. We met on Aug 9, 2023 it is now Sept 13 and we have still not heard back from them. I'm not mad that nothing came of it, I'm more mad thT they said they would call us back, and instead Ghosted us.

Great quick and easy oil change with a tire rotation at prices way better than the quick lube places. They give you a thorough inspection of your car with a written report and even run your car through the car wash! They waiting room was comfortable with free wifi and complimentary drinks. Booking an appointment was painless well.Thank you!

I recently had a bad experience with an Ed Martin dealership, and I wrote a negative review. Charles who is the General Manager at Ed Martin Buick GMC in Anderson reached out to me.We discovered that I gave the negative review for the wrong Ed Martin dealership. It was Ed Martin Jeep Dodge. Charles said even though it's not his dealership, he would look into this and get back with me. This is customer service at its finest! Thank you Charles!

We are from out of town and had an issue with our DEF system in our 2022 GMC Sierra. Your service department was able to get us in and find the issue and fix it while we waited. We were greatly appreciative of the way they worked us in and the kind a good service we received. We would definitely recommend Ed Martin Buick GMC and thank them again for the Great service we received.

I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. That went very well. The price is competitive. It is super that you do an inspection on the car with this service. Mostly it just tells me the car is good to go and I am confident in it for the next 5000 miles or so. Thanks.

My daughter and I stopped in to look on a Wednesday night close to closing. I never dreamt that we would walk out with a new car. Being the owner of three previous Yukon‘s, the last being a Denali, I was ready for something a little lower to the ground after having back surgery a couple years ago. I went to look at GMC models never considering Buick. Jonathan was so helpful, not pushy at all, and suggested I look at the Buick enclave in the show room. My daughter and I loved it and definitely wanted to take a test drive. That’s all it took! The smoothness of the drive, and after losing my husband in February knowing that it would be a safe Car for the kids and I we move forward with the purchase. Jonathan and Jeff in finance were so sweet and patient working well past closing hour to get us driving our new Buick enclave home that night. They made us feel like family and legitimately cared about getting the kids and I in a new safe vehicle. I can’t thank them enough , they have definitely earned my business and I’ve already told others about them. Thank you for a life-changing event and security for my kids and I.
