Ordered from this location and they sent the wrong thing. Called and they promised to deliver the correct order the next day and failed to do so. Not only did I not get a replacement order but they didn’t answer my calls all day.

I have ordered twice from here from grandparents in the last 2 months, new years and my grandma’s birthday. Everything was delivered on time and correctly; I had a bit of an issue on my second order just because my grandparents were going to be out of the house for a portion of the day, and after a few calls, they were able to adjust the delivery date to the later afternoon. I am very thankful they worked with me and my grandma is always happy to get chocolate covered fruit from here. Thanks again!

Don’t order from this place to can’t deliver their promised time; they deliver the day after and say it’s not their fault they tried; well doing it the day after us not trying hard enough; they make all sorts of excuses

I ordered a platter as a thank you for a business. When they tried to deliver the business had closed at noon on a Friday. I really didn't know what to do because it was going to be the weekend. I figured I would lose out on my money. I forgot about it, and then got an email it was delivered this past week. I appreciate the customer service. It's rare these days, that's why when it's good I like to acknowledge them. The quantity if fruit always seems to be good as well.

Very disappointing… it has been a while since I received an arrangement but my husband surprised me for our anniversary, the fruit was not fresh and the chocolate was not the same quality as before… sad that they went downhill

Bought a friut Bouquet wasn't cheap got it home it was for my for her 40th birthday she had to throw half of it away it was bad she had some of it today throw the rest of it away never going back

Terrible customer service!!! Was hung up on 2x, told different stories, was told I could not have managers name and that she stepped out, was told the were having wifi issues, deliver was at the end of the day. This is the second time we have ordered it was to be delivered to a business and was told business get delivered first. Even 1 star is still to much of a review!

I placed an order on Tuesday for same-day pick-up and was given a fulfillment time of 5pm. I was hoping to be able to pick it up sooner, so I was very pleasantly surprised when I checked my e-mail and saw a message confirming that the order was ready to be picked up. The Mini Birthday box came with 4 dipped and decorated strawberries and 2 chunks of pineapple made to look like birthday cakes. They were very cute, juicy and delicious! My only complaint would be the pricing. Those 6 pieces of fruit and a balloon was nearly $28 after tax.

Had 2 fruit platters delivered to our clinic to celebrate an employee birthday. They did an amazing job and everyone loved the fruit. Of course, especially the chocolate covered pieces! It was all fresh and layer out on the tray very nicely. I even special requested that the order be delivered before noon, when I had just ordered late yesterday afternoon. They accommodated and it was delivered by 11am! We will definitely be ordering again for more office celebrations!

Great experience at their shop. I had never been there before or ordered anything like that. The girl was helpful and patient. Called the next day with a question that was answered quickly and efficiently. Item was delivered to its destination right on time.

clearly DO NOT RECOMMEND! very unprofessional management. hires young high school girls and exploits them. management steals digital tip share. seeks excuses to short final checks. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS! I would not allow my minor child to be taken advantage of by poor ownership and the lowest level of management available.

This is my third time using this location and I have a problem every time. This location is poorly managed. I have been a EA lover and gifted for 10+ years. More and more I keep gifting other ways now because of constant issues with this store. One time not fresh/ripe fruit Second late delivery and couldn’t get ahold of the store. Corp also tried and couldn’t get ahold of store. Third got email my order was ready. I get her 30 mins after email and told “I’m early” my order isn’t ready. Time for me to find another favorite something to gift.
