As a whole, FedEx has been great compared to its competition. But the customer service at this location was pretty bad. I usually go to another location and hadn’t recalled needing an ID prior, but they wanted one here - which is fine. I asked why it seemed different elsewhere though, and if the other location was also an official FedEx (other carriers like UPS operate via third party companies at some locations). The guy helping me got really snotty, and all I wanted to know is why the policy seemed different elsewhere - that’s not the customer’s fault, and I want to know I’m working with official FedEx locations. It’s ok to tell the customer you don’t know why another location wasn’t following the rules (which he eventually admitted). The rep also accused me of being paranoid because I didn’t want my home address displayed to the recipient (a customer of mine, but someone I don’t personally know). He had an attitude about everything, despite my concerns being common and reasonable. I told him most people don’t want their personal address out there to everyone, and he said “that’s the world we live in if you want to be that paranoid.”
I don’t have a name for this person, the staff needs additional training, or that person should not be working with customers. Very snobbish and argumentative. I won’t go back to this location.

Do not use!!!! We paid extra for evening delivery 5-8pm. 3 different day the driver showed up hours early. Called the store in Carmel Indiana, spoke with someone for 20 minutes then tells me to hold on and he will get it figured out. Haha all he did was transfer me to customer service which is the worse. You can tell they are reading from a script so no compassion at all. They don’t care that they have screwed up 3 times. I would just deliver the package your self do not trust this company.

Jason was so helpful with my shipping order! It was rather confusing. He was professional and knowledgeable about what needed to be done! You should be grateful to have someone like him representing FedEx!!

Short guy with glasses at the front desk had an issue with my packaging. Talking about how it can be damaged etc. I told him I've been sending items like this forever and never had an issue.. he tried charging me 17 dollars for a box to cover my already packaged item in.. I went to the Post office nearby just to check if they would accept it, and they said yes. They were a little more expensive so I then went to UPS. And figured if ups didn't accept them, then I'll go back to USPS. not to my surprise, ups also accepted them as well. They got delivered safely with no issues. The Dork at the desk should just focus on his job, scan the label and keep it pushing.

Nick, the assistant manager, provided exceptional service and went above and beyond for my family. We arrived at FedEx with a photo to blow up for my grandmother’s funeral. Nick had so much patience and compassion walking us through the scanning process and gave us honest feedback on what would work best for what we needed. During such a difficult and emotional time for us, Nick was a godsend because not only did he work quickly and efficiently to make sure the laminated picture was printed in time, he made sure the quality was up to par and stayed in regular communication with updates on the project. On top of everything, he was extremely kind. All interactions were so genuine compared to the average customer service experience. Thank you again, Nick, for helping us honor our loved one!

If you like to miss day after day after day of work waiting from 8 am to 8 pm for a package then this is the company for you!!! I lost more money waiting on their delays than the 1000 dollar phone I ordered was worth. Next time a company says they're sending something to me by fed ex I'm immediately canceling it.

Wasted time in line because they have two lines and the signage above is not accurate. The employee even joked it was wrong. Go to anywhere else.

The only reason that anyone one would go here is out of last minute desperation. Recently I stopped in on a whim, for the first time ever to see how much it would cost for printing quantity of 12, 10-inch by 10-inch square adhesive labels with my own printer-ready, one color graphic.
After being snapped at by the fossil that works there because I was in the “wrong line”, she snapped the price would be $15.
“Wow!” I thought. Cheaper than I expected. “No, that’s for one” she said.
“You mean 1 plain, single color, 10x10 adhesive label would be $15?”
“Yes” she smiled smugly.
I think she might have been telling me that because she thought I was some degenerate that wandered up from Beech Grove by accident and she was just trying to get rid of me.
Seriously? The only reason why this place exists is to rip otherwise unorganized people off. This is the year 2024 anyway. There are literally hundreds of fast, inexpensive alternatives online today. The next day I found an online service and had my labels sent to me in 24 hours for a fraction of what I figured the initial cost to be. Super awesome. They do it all. I won’t name them here but if anyone wants to know, email me.

This place is a joke. The staff is unfriendly, with sour faces. They send you to one line to ship and another line to buy something. Go to UPS across the parking lot, don’t waste your time here.

Love this location. Always super helpful and have saved my bacon on multiple occasions. Thanks in particular to Violet who frequently seems to get stuck with me and is very knowledgeable!
