I brought the car in with a small leak. They told me they fixed it. I woke up this morning with a flat tire. I called and the representative argued with me. "We already fixed your tire" "We can't get you in today" on an on, arguing with me. "Maybe call tomorrow when the manager is in". If I were the manager I would not let this person answer the phone. What a terrible way to do business. Why in the world would I trust this company? A company that wants my business would have apologized; made sure I got my car fixed TODAY. My advice, find somewhere else
Thanks for the reply Steve. I think I have said all I need to. As you can see from the reviews below this store is in serious need of corporate intervention if you want to get returning customers. I will go to another tire store where they will fix the leak for free. UPDATE: the second tire company found the screw missed

Had an appointment and still had to wait two hours for a tire repair… Only to find out they couldn’t repair it. They could’ve figured that out in the first five minutes I was there. No respect for people‘s time or any sense of urgency. Don’t go here! Went to Tom Wood service department with no appointment and was In-N-Out in 20 minutes

Terrible service provided by the store manager Sarah. She was extremely rude yelling and hung up the phone. It’s a shame that such poor standard of customer service is provided by a store manager.

I went to this location instead of the one near me because I was told there was a tech knowledgeable in Toyotas and I was getting an engine maintenance code. They told me that they were unable to find the required part or even a labor code in the system and I need to take my SUV to a dealer. Since they did a complete check, they checked my tires and they were rated much different than what I was told when I purchased the vehicle. I asked for the inspection sheet he was showing me that had the results including the tire ratings on them and he said it would be emailed to me. Over a half hour later I received the email and it did not include the inspection paper that I requested. When I called the location, the tech that did my inspection and talked to me about it said that they no longer give out those sheets and I can get a tire tread depth checker to show the people I purchased the SUV from myself.
Edit: The service manager reached out and provided me with the documentation I was wanting.
Firestone corporate: If this is truly a case of them not being provided a way to share the inspection ‘sheet’ from their tablet to the customer, please fix this. I understand it’s probably not common for customers to want this documentation but, since we’re paying for the inspection, it should be easily providable. Thank you!

I went here to buy and replace my tires (since they had a deal for 4 tires) and I asked one of the employees that one of my tires were barely used and I’d like it to be placed in the trunk. I just realized a couple days ago opening it that they instead put a donut and not my barely used tire. And I tried calling about it to get it back because I spent over $200 on it and used it for a couple months before buying a new set and no return call. Really disappointed and sketchy. Would recommend going to a different place for any tire needs.

I had an emergency tire issue and made an appointment for 11 am. They didn’t have the set of 4 tires and had to get them. After the tires arrived I had to wait 4 hours to get the tires on the truck. They knew I was waiting and never provided an update on what was taking so long

I was at the panera that shares a parking lot with this firestone location, and had trouble starting my truck. I walked 10 yards inside Firestone asking them if they could walk across the lot and come check the battery or see whats going on. They refused despite Panera saying they could do so. They asked me to tow the truck 10 yards to go inside their store to look at it, which I did. The tower even laughed when he arrived and asked me where to tow it. It was not easy at all to load since the truck was facing firestone and cars were coming in and out. It literally took longer to load the truck than drive to firestone from panera. After 48 hours, they called me saying it could be anything, including the engine being SIEZED. This was very stressful for me. The cherry on top was that they charged me diagnostic fees despite not providing any diagnosis, which was extremely unprofessional and insulting. I ended up having to tow the truck a second time to a different mechanic who diagnosed the problem as the starter and got it fixed in 24 hours. Overall I ended up losing money from the towing fees, "diagnostic" fees, and my time. DO NOT GO ANYWHERE NEAR THESE JOKERS, 0 STARS!!!

Went in for an alignment and wheel balance and Sarah did not give me the service I was expecting. Didn’t acknowledge that the hour wait she had said changed to 3 hours. I only left the store for an hour. Waited for a few minutes to ask her about how much longer and responded with an attitude. After that I was speaking to my boyfriend about how she had said an hour and didn’t come to say anything as of why it was taking longer. And I’m the one who was being argumentative? That very confusing because she went over and was talking about that that is the reason why it’s dropped off so they can take longer? Very upset over this because I could have given her the same energy and did not. And will refuse service it’s unprofessional of her I should have read the reviews before hand because it’s the same situation with most on here

Every time I bring my Tahoe to Firestone, I always get amazing customer service, get kept up to date on the status of my SUV, and the cost is nowhere near what a dealership would charge. The staff is friendly and quick to help answer any questions you have. Would recommend to anyone!

Scheduled an appointment for a tire change at 3pm, 2 days ahead of time. Arrived 10 minutes early asked the attendant how long they thought it would take. They said about 1 1/2 hrs. Sat, waited, and by 5pm my car still hadn’t even been moved into the garage; didn't need up being discussed ne until after 6. So much for making an appointment…..complete waste of my time with zero care or remorse. Unless you have more than 3 hours to waste I would consider ANY other service provider. On top of everything the tires were way overpriced and they did dnt even take the time to air the tires evenly. I undoubtedly didn't get what I paid for.

DO NOT GO HERE:
I took my car in there this Sunday to get my suspension, looked at and new tires put on I paid for a complete inspection to be done.
They called and said that I needed a new control arm on the passenger side and new tie rods. They quoted me $1188 to get this done and new tires installed.
Sunday night I got my car back and there was an awful noise Metal grinding on metal when you turn. And my tire felt extremely bumpy when driving on the front side.
So I bring the car back on Monday for them to correct the issue they told me that the axle had shaved off into my transmission and it was missed during the inspection by the store manager.
They replaced the control arm and the ball joint on the driver. Call me to come pick up my car and sent me on my way.
When I got my car back, it felt the same. I panicked due to have three small children. They insured me that this was due to new tires and the car was fine.
Tuesday I’m freaking out bc my car was not safe to drive. I am calling around to see who can inspect red my vehicle. Noblesville Firestone for me in And out.
Come to find out Carmel installed my tire rods on the wrong side and left bolts loose on my control arms.y be chile was not safe to drive. It could have killed me and children.
This was either malicious intent or complete incompetence by the STORE manager herself.
I have all documents as well as a voice recording. My next step is to contact a lawyer if this is not resolved with Carmel location.
If you have car trouble please go to the Noblesville location. They will make sure everything is done right
