Called several times to put a game on hold and they never answered. When I got there, it was empty of customers. Got my game and got in the car and was curious why the price cost more than I expected and they sold me a warranty on my game that they never asked about, nor did I request it. Don't recommend going here, take your business elsewhere.

Horrible customer service, I'm literally called this company multiple times and this store literally will screen your calls so I took it upon myself to go to the store and call directly from my cell phone and off witness the sale persons look at the phone and put it back down and there will be no one in the store. And they'll also pick up the phone and just literally hang it up That's completely lazy why even working the game store if you don't want to answer the phone to look for something that someone is looking for especially during the holidays

I called this afternoon to ask a question. The guy hung up on me as soon as I began to speak. I called back thinking it was a mistake and when he answered I let him know I had a quick question and we had been disconnected. He hung up again on me. Very disappointed in the customer service. Why answer the phone if you are going to hang up on someone? Photo for proof of this occurance.

Absolutely an amazing store it saved my third cousins dogs life and also help negotiate the safe realese of the president of Romania's third cousin twice removed, but seriously this is the only store which isn't utterly terrible at selling games, the employees are really nice, they give decent trade-in credit if you have games people actually care about, I got 30$ for some switch games and a third party controller which is pretty good. My only complaint is that the have started focusing a lot more on stuff like Funko Pop's with some of them having absolutely nothing to do with any gaming franchises. Also they have basically no games for any consoles before the 8th generation of consoles ( Xbox one, PS4, Wii U) but also not having basically any Wii U games which is kinda dumb but all around 10/10 experience definitely recommend

I never come to Game Stop ever for good reasons. It's easier to get games digitally, so I'm surprised places like GameStop are even open. This brings me to my next point. The Clay Terrace location says they are supposed to be open today August 22nd 2023 at 11am. I arrived at the store at 10:58am thinking maybe the store would be open a little early. The doors were locked so I figured staff was maybe still counting registers and just running behind on opening duties... I walked around Clay Terrace for about 20 minutes before walking back to GameStop. I walk up at 11:20am only to find absolutely NO ONE in the store, doors locked and it's completely dark inside... Who is keeping GameStop open lol? I know I am only one person but this company can eat rocks, I'll continue purchasing my games online.

The staff was very helpful and kind. Got a switch game for cheap and got good prices for my exchanges. Would come here again!

The people working here are super helpful and nice. I dont live near this GameStop but when I'm visiting family I try to stop in and look around & shop.

I do not recommend shopping at GameStop. Most of their items can’t be returned when you realize they’re 20% more expensive than anywhere else. Their used games are more expensive than new at Best Buy. Ridiculous. Way better off shopping around. GameStop is not the place to shop if you want quality product and a guarantee.

Do not shop here. The manager (supposedly new and fixing this location) is extremely rude and unwilling to help. Accounts supposedly aren't in the system when it comes to warranties. Again Do not shop here.

This location robbed me of $85. I got $100 in gift cards from my in laws that I wanted to use to buy a Joy Con for Nintendo Switch. They were out of stock (and basically told me they are never in stock) so the cashier ordered the Joy Con online and paid with my gift cards. The next day I got an email saying the online order had been cancelled but I would receive refund gift cards in the mail, but I waited a month and they never came. I called the help line and emailed the customer support account and they both told me I had to contact the store. I called the store and they told me to call the help line. Every time I call the help line I wait on hold for an hour and then they tell me to go back to the store. So basically I am out the full price of the Joy Con (and several hours of my time) with nothing to show for it. I'm sure for many basic purchases this store is fine, but just know if anything goes wrong, the customer service is atrocious

Love GameStop, hope it can learn how to thrive again . But this location has started to lack in it's presentation after multiple managers and associates have come and gone.Typically the store has one employee and the person it usually tends to be does not want to be there and doesn't really provide a welcoming environment. If you want to ruin their day and happen to have power up rewards, go in there and find a game or product that cost less than $5, and use your monthly $5 reward. The attitude shift the employee has is super off putting as if they want you to get out.Bro I just wanted my fifth copy of Call of duty infinite warfare, don't judge me and get an attitude.

The manager of this store decided it was more important to select music before assisting customers trying to purchase a game. Terrible service. Would recommend looking elsewhere to buy a game.

Recently did a pre order for Resident Evil 4 Remake and asked to order the deluxe edition, they kept telling me over and over there was only one edition. I asked if they were sure and they said the collectors edition was the only one and they were all out and I was like yeah I guess I was wrong. Well there is a deluxe edition and the two guys working there just had no idea or were lying to me. It's stuff like this that makes me typically just order online, but trying to keep Clay Terrace from imploding and actually visiting a brick and mortar.
