Staff is not helpful or nice. I’m in Indy for a sports tournament and there is false advertising of this being a Tesla supercharger. I’m getting max 35-40kW right now, usually get over 100kW at other superchargers with multiple teslas charging at the same time. I guess I’ll have to stop again on the way home….What a waste of time.

Not sure if I’ll ever stop back into the store. They’re actually breaking FTC regulations by false advertising. Their ad clearly showed buy one get one free, but the store manager at the time refused to honor the ad that was displayed in plain sight. I have contacted the FTC I will be filing with the attorney general of Indianapolis.

I love this store! I will go out of my way to come here for lunch. The quality of the food and how it's made at this particular store is better than other stores I've visited. The staff is friendly and professional, and the store is always clean, including bathrooms!

Rude clerk. Same old guy a couple of times. Wanted to scan my id for cigarettes even though I’m 40. Usually hasn’t happened anywhere in the vicinity. Will go to another station close by. Cold vibes…

They suck..I work midnights they never have the kitchen open nomore! They answer the phone like its there house phone! Just ghetto and UNPROFESSIONAL! Miss the old workers they had for overnight. These new employess SUCKS!!!

Don't mess up on any payment with this company at all... They have zero flexibility! I fix the problem within 12 hours, but I still got charged a large fee on the wallet for their perks plus program.
