Nice clean Goodwill store including the restroom. My mother and I had fun browsing for unique items and clothes for the grandkids. We found a wooden advent calander in nearly new condition amongst some other amazing things. We found some school uniform articles of clothing in the sizes needed. One employee in particular stood out as amazing and helpful.

Just checked out with Infinite at this Goodwill (off of Keystone and 116th in Carmel, IN) and she is AMAZING!!!!!! Soooo sweet!!!!

Rudest employees and overpriced junk! Baffled as to how the manager, Linda and the employee, Andy still work here. I’ve been shopping here for 10+ years, worked there for 2 and they have always been the rudest people you’ve met. I’ve witnessed both of them talk so poorly to other employees and customers that they are left in tears or feeling completely humiliated, myself included. When trying to do a nice gesture for an employee I was given a complete attitude from Linda while she was saying inappropriate things. There’s been multiple occasions I’ve witnessed customers and employees experiencing both their terror. This is a place you should avoid due to their overpriced, broken, faded, stained, used stuff and the rude employees. I stopped by this past Saturday and could overhear Linda and another employee talking, as the employee walked away you could hear her mumble to herself with frustration from the toxic energy Linda expressed. Andy has always walked around like he owns the place and is loud, obnoxious and extremely rude. HR please do something about these two employees before they push all the customers and employees out the door, me along with many others I’ve spoken to are so fed up with their behavior and price gouging!

Filthy place, toilet paper and blood filling a toilet in the bathroom and employees standing outside the donation area picking stuff off of another’s shirt instead of working. Store always has trash on the floor and items are extremely over priced.

I walk to this Goodwill in my Neighborhood every week and usually find something really nice at a great price. I have found expensive brand name and almost new pants for $5. I found a new looking National Park hoody. The store is kept very neat, new products all of the time and the staff are very nice

There was one cashier today it’s ridiculous. Hire more employees. This isn’t a non for profit business and this store especially can afford it.

I don’t understand why in some other state they still have the marked down half off color of the day and other rewards but in Indiana or just Hamilton county they don’t? I also don’t understand why can’t u get a refund when u return an item why is it only store credit? And why for the love of Rainbows and Unicorn that your prices are so high almost brand new retail prices if not more expensive than retail when it’s donated?!!! I don’t get it! Stores buy their product to sell to make a profit they pay bills utility and taxes and employees and still are making it so how is it that goodwill can’t? I just don’t understand. Greed to much greed and deceitfulness. Dont take advantage of people. I have donated good stuff almost new stuff here and shop here for years it’s getting more and more disappointing

Clothing skews 80% women and 20% men. Items are dirt cheap and you'll be bound to not find at least 1 article of clothing to add. It's like the lottery. Sometimes you'll strike it rich. Customer service was pretty friendly.

I absolutely love shopping at this Goodwill whenever I'm in the Carmel area. The selection is consistently impressive, with well-priced items that are always of great quality. They even carry high-end brands like Coach, complete with authenticity paperwork. I never leave empty-handed! The store is clean, well-organized, and has nice, well-maintained bathrooms. My only minor complaint is the limited selection of toys, but overall, it's a fantastic place to shop.
