The team at Hare Estes Collision is beyond expectations. Was kept informed throughout the whole process. Went out of their way to make sure everything was done to my satisfaction. They painted my Jeep 1.5 ago and the hood had paint bubbles that I was told it did look that bad? now the paint on my hinges are chipping and one of the screws in the hood wasn't even painted. Lesson Learned.. will take it to a real paint shop..

Outstanding experience. Brought my car in with cosmetic damage to the grill, bumper, and some plastic parts underneath. Jason Story met me, took a look at my car, told me he'd get it up on a lift, and updated me throughout the whole process - about 30 minutes total. He respectfully and earnestly told me what was wrong with my car and how they were going to fix it. Luckily the fix was quick. After fixing my car, Jason and Hare Estes Collision didn't charge me a dime. Throughout the whole process I felt respected and valued. Based on my positive experience, I highly recommend Jason and Hare Estes Collision.

They did a nice job repairing the door ding. That sounds minimal, but it was about the size of an egg and dug into the paint. Looks like the day I bought it.
