Ordered a refrigerator 10 days ago. Deliver cancelled 3 times and today the delivery person came twice and failed to deliver the refrigerator. Worst service EVER.

I have been using Home Depot for years.. with that said, I used the home Depot app from the first year it was released. Worked awesome the first couple years and now, it doesn't work at all for finding merchandise. Please fix the app Home Depot so I can stop having to ask busy associates where to find stuff or take the app down for gawd sakes.

Customer service desk at this location is always efficient and the employees are friendly. One star is lost because they need to update their stock on their website more often.

I have had a consistent terrible experience with Home Depot. First, don’t order anything for pickup because if you aren’t a contractor pro account then they wont care about your order and even if it’s been in house for weeks they still aren’t bothered enough to get your shipments out for you. Then even in person, we asked for assistance getting materials down from the top shelving and waited for 30 minutes for them to come back before we decided we weren’t going to continue shopping here. It’s unfortunate because we have spent tens of thousands of dollars here in the past few months and each and every time we have bought here whether it be through the app or in person it has always been an awful experience. Stick to Ace Hardware.

Please be careful at this location. They do not follow safety standards and put customers in danger of falling product. I have provided a current photo of stacking products to high on the shelves. The state has regulations to prevent major accidents from occurring. The employees refused to contact management.

I visited the Carmel store to purchase a lightweight weed whipper and ended up with several more items, all because the employee that helped me was so kind and knowledgeable.
One of my purchases was a ceiling fan. I had it installed professionally and found a glitch with the fan pull chain after the contractor left.
On Sunday, I called the store and talked to Timothy in the lighting department. Timothy was knowledgeable, kind, and very patient as we worked through the glitch.
Thank you, Timothy, you made that frustrating situation fun and successful.
And thank you Home Depot. Your employees are the best!

How helpful or unhelpful employees are really determines what store you go to. The products are roughly equal, the prices are roughly equal. Having someone unwilling to walk six feet to you to go in the direction they need to go anyway, then ignore what you say, it's not the kind of behavior that brings customers back. This is especially true when other stores are 5 minutes away.
