This branch is always closed. when I needed new debit card they told me 3-5 days today is the 8th day they just do not care . also about the closing there hours were 9am-12pm that is so inconvenient especially since I work , do not trust this bank unless you don't care about customer service or bank cards.

This location never has working atms. Unfortunately it’s the closest Huntington from our house, which is still a 20 minute drive.. so very frustrating to drive out of my way almost everytime to see not 1 but 2 non working atms. I would say it’s about time you got those fixed.

they have to get their ATMs fixed. Literally it will let me spend so much time depositing cash in multiple rounds and then wait until the end to tell me that they're not accepting deposits and then it will PUSH MY MONEY SO FAR OUT THAT IT GOES FLYING EVERYWHERE!!!! not ok!!!!

I've always had good service with Huntington in general. But the assistance Caleb provided today was fantastic. He went beyond normal levels to help with my situation.

Always very polite and helpful - Brooke is a sweetheart who goes above and beyond to ensure that all your questions are answered and is efficient at her job. Never had a bad experience at this branch.

I agree with the other bad reviews. Horrible customer service! Dilia is incompetent and does not know how to take accountability. This is your branch if you like to waste your time, gas money, and energy making multiple trips to resolve a mistake on their end. Edit: It's been 10 days since I tried closing my account, and it still has not been closed out even though they took my debit card to be shredded. A quick verbal acknowledgement of an error made on their end would have been appreciated; rather, they are rude with patronizing attitudes, yuck.

We were use to the bank on 146th street and disappointed when it closed. This bank has been great, no hang ups on equipment and the staff works very hard to satisfy all of the customers. I witness this as I am waiting in line. I give them a 5 because they do go above and beyond.

Get all the banking services you need in a small neighborhood bank setting. The staff is courteous and the environment is clean and inviting. I always recommend Huntington - particularly this location - to all my friends.

I received the worst customer service I have ever experienced from this bank and intend to close the accounts. Their deceptive and unethical treatment was astonishing and what's worse, it does not seem to matter! I experienced unprofessionalism on multiple levels. I recently found out they have been involved in a class action lawsuit for a similar incident. I regret my involvement with this bank but I will report them to regulatory agencies with the hope they will discontinue their unethical practices. Hanging up when asking for a supervisor, blowing off the initial complaint, misrepresenting products which can cause financial harm, mocking attitude during an inquiry-only scratches the surface. When banks are compensated on products they sell, this can become a conflict of interest which can lead to mistreatment of customers. There may be other violations that have occurred which will also be reported and investigated. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism like this which is unfortunate because bank executives make themselves unavailable and oblivious. This could be by design. This is usually indicative of a culture of disrespect that starts from the top. I have always found that you never really know how good a company is until you see how they handle a problem. This could explain why they have so many negative reviews.

I really like this branch, and the dual ATMs and drive thru lanes are very logically arranged for easy access. I seldom go inside, preferring to use the ATM whenever possible. But the times I have parked and entered the branch I have found the tellers to be quick and efficient. The only issues I have had here are a few problems with ATM deposits. Once I was shorted on a cash deposit, when the ATM miscounted the number of $20 bills I had placed into the slot. The bank was closed, but I called the next morning to report the discrepancy. They credited the difference to my account after checking the ATM. Another time I had attempted to deposit two checks. I received an error message saying that the ATM was unable to accept checks at that time, and it returned one check to me. The other check remained in the ATM but it wasn't credited to my account. The bank was closed, of course, and this time it took five days for the missing check to be found. I had to make several calls to the bank to get it resolved. Two days after the ATM "ate" my check I was told that the check was not found when the ATM was serviced. But five days later I received a message stating that they had found the check and it would be credited to my account.
