I would just like to say that this was the most enjoyable experience of making a big purchase that we have ever had. I wish that I could give Craig & Ryan 10 stars for their kindness, patience and honesty. Just super good guys, not salesman, but they know their stuff and go out of their way to make things right if they go wrong. We were blessed to find these guys. If you're in the market for a top of the line RV and better prices than the big camper businesses, you gotta call Craig. He's the best and his son Ryan is awesome as well. Thanks for such a great experience Craig. ☺️

If there was a 6th star, I'd give it. Craig and Ryan were absolutely above and beyond, before during and after my purchase with them! Craig was so patient with me, being a first time RV buyer and me having a thousand questions and teaching me the ins and outs of each vehicle I was interested in to help me find exactly what I needed. Even offering financing options and avenues and connecting me with people necessary to get what I needed. He was so prompt with paperwork with my lender and somehow always available when I called. I drove from KCMO to pick up the van, and Ryan met me at 8:15 on a Friday night to sign papers and give me the tour of my van. Then he even set up both beds and put the night shades in the front windows for me and my stepmom while we went and got a late dinner so it was ready for us after a long day of travel. Then craig was even willing to give me a call when we got home on sunday with it and guide me through a few questions I had on the trip home. The van was virtually spotless when I got it, with a full water tank and full tank of gas and they even left some extra maintenance equipment in it for me. Craig was so knowledgeable and transparent with me throughout the whole process. Him and Ryan's customer service is absolutely exceptional and they are totally worth the drive. It's safe to say that when I'm ready to upgrade, I'll reach out to Craig to keep an eye out for what I need, not sure I would trust any one else as much as I trust them! Craig and Ryan, I wish you all the success you could want, you both deserve it! Thank you so much!

We purchased a low mileage 24 Tiffin Wayfarer from Craig in early October of 24 . I feel we were treated very fairly as far as price and how he presented the vehicle. None of the car salesman crap we all hate. He even kept his assurance about sending us a small plastic trim piece that was missing...and Spare key FOBS ! This was a huge purchase for us as it would be for most people, so it still is prudent to get an independent inspection. I would not hesitate to buy here again, though it won't be anytime soon because we love our Tiffin .

I purchased a 2016 Newmar Canyon Star Toyhauler. I drove to Indiana from PA on 11/11/24 to pick it up. It is very hard buying something sight unseen even though some dealers make it look great in pictures and when you get there it's not very desirable. Craig knows how to pick them. From the beginning asking questions and getting more information on the RV he is very transparent to the smallest detail. When I arrived the RV was meticulous even though it is 8 years old. I brought my rent a car back to the airport and Craig picked us up. Craig's recommendation for financing was an excellent choice. They went above and beyond to get processed very quickly and there rate was the best around. Honestly I cannot say enough great things about this transaction but if your in the market for an RV give Craig a call, you will not be disappointed.

We had the best possible experience! It was our first time buying a motorhome, and we live in California. We found a great deal at Indy Auto Source, but were naturally scared to purchase anything this big, sight unseen. Craig went ABOVE and BEYOND to show us all the details, even the ones from wear and tear. He was fully transparent and encouraged an outside inspection as well as offered us better financing through his local credit union, than we originally got. We flew out to get it, and he was beyond accomodating!! I've never had such good customer service and we are so happy with our purchase. If you are considering them, go for it without hesitation. We got our Tiffin Allegro back in July 2023 and if I need anything or have questions, Craig is STILL there for us! Wish we could give 10 stars.

Craig and Luis are the nicest guys and really helped us be prepared for our first (of many) camping trips in our new Motorhome. They were very informative. For several months we shopped for the perfect RV and as soon as Craig found one with all the features we wanted, we bought it. We love these guys!!

Very misleading warranty. I paid top dollar for a Tiffin Breeze put $12k into it of which the warranty reimbursed me $2K. Would have never bought if I could have had a real inspection done but due to Covid Craig said he couldn't get it done for 7 weeks but said it was inspected by the only guy he could get....turned out to be an oil change place. Buyer be aware.

Bought a used car from them in June 2021. Car runs great and has no issues. Both Craig and Luis were very friendly. Luis offered to clean a paint mark on our trade in without us even asking (before we even committed to buying from them). Craig did not play any games when it came to negotiation. We gave a number and he met it. Would definitely do business again with them the next time we are in the market for a car!

I have been purchasing RVs throughout my life for the past 50 years. Dealing with various dealers, some ok some bad.Dealing with Craig of Indy Auto Source was so pleasant and easy I couldn't believe i was actually dealing with a real dealer.No pressure, answered all questions accurately, was always on time, outstanding product. He called when he said he would call, made promises that he kept. Something I have never seen before; he is so confident in his product that he guarantees it for 30 days. I was in Mexico Craig was in Indiana, so he agreed to drive our Motorhome halfway to meet us. He had it detailed, full of fuel, propane and DEF upon delivery.I had a finance company that I have been dealing with for over 30 years, never late, always paid off early. My finance company was dragging their feet, so Craig offered a company called 3-Rivers Credit Union. I thought I would try them and see if they would be faster than my company that had been working on my loan for over a week. Sure enough 3 Rivers had it done in one day.I highly recommend Craig at Indy Auto Source, defiantly 5-Star quality and service.

Two words.....Incredible experience!!! We shopped all weekend looking for a back up vehicle. Nothing special and didn't want to pay luxury prices for a beater with a heater. Two different dealers wanted to charge over $400 for doc fees and not come down on pricing....Even $500. I understand the times and how supply and demand works. Stopped in Indy Auto Source and hit it off with Craig and Dawn. Two of the most down to earth, honest and reasonable car dealers. Price and sales tax...That's it!! They even came off $500 without me asking. We bought a 2005 Toyota Highlander with 77k miles from Florida and a 30 day warranty. Yes, I even spent a little more than I wanted because this will last one kid through high school, College and first job. Oh, and don't forget Louis. Very knowledgeable, works the back end, works the front end and processed our paperwork. A true asset to Craig and Dawn at Indy Auto Source. Thanks again guys! You won me over and my go to for auto and RV purchases!!
