I was pointed to this pharmacy by my wonderful pharmacist to help with answering some questions. The tech that took my call was extremely dismissive, uninformative, and didn't even listen to my inquiry before asking completely unrelated questions to why I was calling, of which I had stated just moments before being just straight up denied service.

I have to say I don't look forward to dealing with a pharmacy but IU is the best! I'm leaving on an extended trip and Sarah (sp) took care of my needs timely and efficiently. I want her to know she's the best!

I needed medicine ordered and they told me, “it is too much work for us, go somewhere else”. It wasn’t a weird rx either, just an inhaler. Why wouldn’t they carry or get my inhaler? Like Walmart can do it? Just lazy.

Just spoke with Melanie in the pharmacy and she was a delight!! Took care of what I needed and very pleasant during the entire conversation!! If there were more stars she would have received them!

New COVID rules prohibited me from entering the hospital due to a test taken less than two weeks ago. The pharmacy tech was more than helpful, bringing the prescription out to the car.
