The price was good because I had a coupon for a radiator flush. The mechanic was very rude and also reved my engine up to around red line 4 times! I know this isn’t necessary. I even tipped the guy hoping to change his spirits but after thinking about his attitude and how he could have damaged my engine, I am pretty upset.

The staff was very polite and communicated well. They took care of the oil change very quickly. However, they did spill a fair amount of oil on the engine, which I didn’t notice this at the time. The car is actually used as a Turo rental, and it dripped a significant amount of oil on one of my clients driveways.

Came in for an oil change. I was disappointed in the experience. Not friendly, welcomed or even said thank you, just there you are enjoy your day be safe. Just went through the motions. For 82.00 I would expect more. You use to sweep and connect with the customers.

First of all, my name is Jon not Joem ( they spelled my name wrong). I had the brakes and rotors replaced on my 2017 Ford F150. The next day, I noticed an uneven wear on the front right rotor. Went back and explained that I believed that the front brakes were installed incorrectly. The technician argumentatively exclaimed that he had been doing it all his life and he did not install them incorrectly. I told him that I believe there is an inner and an outer pad and I believed that he had them backwards. He took the brakes off and showed me that they had symmetry. I requested that he relocate the pad installed install on the inside to the outside and vice versa. He did as I requested, and then the rotor would not fit correctly. He concluded that the caliper was warped and needed replaced (another $450). He did not understand that the caliper did not change shape, the change happened when the brakes were swapped, indicating that the brakes were the problem. Basic process of elimination troubleshooting. After hours of waiting while the part was delivered and installed, he test drove it. Same problem. No surprise. I looked up the brakes and noticed that the inner brakes had ears and the outer brakes did not. The reason the brakes on the front right tire had symmetry is because he put both inner pads on the right tire and both outer pads on the left tire, I explained this to him and he swapped them and test drove it. Problem solved. What it boils down to is that I had to explain to the mechanic the problem that he created by performing the simple task of changing brakes. Why would anyone go to Jiffy Lube? The low brow staff is in too much of a hurry, they couldn’t even spell my name right and they can’t install brakes correctly. This Jiffy Lube is located at 17333 Westfield Park Rd Westfield, IN 46074. Don’t go!!

I have been to Jiffy Lube for about 10 years. This location is good. What I like is the customer service. All the right employees are in the right places meaning the ones that interact with the guests are nice and personable. Always come back.
