The price for an oil change is way too high! They don’t top off your fluids anymore and if the do it’s another 50!! 124.00 for the oil change should cover it!! yikes

Zachery was very helpful at Jiffy Lube, after I had been to two other places to replace my headlight. There was no line, I was there 10 minutes. It took me longer to "find" them (Auto Zone actually told me that Jiffy Lube could help me as they pointed right down the street).

No problems with the oil change but initially requested oil change and tire rotation. Got vehicle in. They do oil change. Say vehicle is done and notice no tire rotation. At this time they informed me the lift was broken and can’t do tire rotation. Would had been nice to have known before starting.

September 13th after I called ahead and was told I could get a transmission fluid exchange for $150 as a standard price at this location, when I got there I was immediately turned down, so I told them I called ahead and was told that I could have this done. After they talked it over with each other I was told to pull into the service Bay, only to change their mind again and refuse the service which is not only on their website but on the walls in the in the building.

Had tired shipped to this location. Was told to come at opening at 8 AM. Arrived to be told that technician wasn't available and to come back again the next morning. I called to verify the following morning the technician was available and was told to bring it on over as planned. Arrived to be told the technician had already stacked two other projects and that it would be 4-6 hours before he could even start on the car. Very poor communication and had to make several trips across town. Indeed, they were polite but logistics are unreliable. I opter to take to another servicer who told me they could get the car in immediately.

This is the first time I’ve been to Jiffy Lube and wasn’t asked my information up front.(Name, phone etc) I wasn’t asked if I wanted an air filter.
It was done quickly but not friendly at all.
My Groupon included tire rotation and a window treatment. I asked what the window treatment was he said “I don’t know really. I guess just beads water up. I didn’t get the rotation due to time but I wouldn’t return to this location.
