I just had the best experience I’ve ever had in any store in my entire life. Alex is an absolute gem. Most patient and helpful person I’ve ever come across. Abigail was also extremely helpful and polite. 5 stars isn’t enough. They deserve 100 stars.

As a long-standing customer of Jos A Bank, with well over a decade of patronage under my belt, I've grown to know precisely what I want — my exact measurements and the styles that flatter me. Imagine my disappointment during my recent visit to the Clay Terrace location, a trip intended for a simple restock of my favored Travelers dress pants. To my dismay, they were out of my size. Seeking assistance, I approached a sales associate, hoping they might have additional stock tucked away.However, not only did they confirm the lack of stock, but the associate also proceeded to question me about my profession and workplace. I was taken aback. Never in all my years of shopping at various Jos A Bank locations have I been subjected to such an irrelevant and frankly, inappropriate line of questioning. It baffles me why my occupation should bear any relevance to my need for dress pants. It's a nonsensical inquiry that adds no value to the customer experience.This incident has led me to a stern conclusion: This particular location desperately needs to revamp its training program for sales associates. It's crucial that they foster skills which enable them to interact effectively and respectfully with customers from all walks of life. A customer's need should be met with professionalism and product knowledge, not personal prying. This is not the level of service I've come to expect from a brand like Jos A Bank, and it's disheartening to witness such a lapse in customer service standards.

Bought suit for son’s wedding. It had to be completely tailored. The suit did not fit after it was tailored and I was informed that suit is discontinued and they would have to make suit “work”. Very poor customer service!!

Great experience with John and the very nice associate helping him out! I felt like they were experts, listened to what I wanted, had me in and out with the perfect look and didn’t bore or exhaust me with too many details. Could not imagine a better way for this experience to go. Let’s get those individuals a corporate shout out and thanks for helping build a great business

We have a Daughter getting Married in Florida, we live in Indiana. We were able to get their wedding number and get fitted at the Clay Terrace location. Very friendly staff and a very nice selection of clothing.

Came in for an appointment to get my fiancé fitted for a suit for our wedding. When we got there, no one greeted us. When we found someone to help us, the lady was confused like she wasn't expecting us even though they just called us yesterday to confirm? We wanted a dark navy or blue suit to rent. She showed us 2 options that were not going to work for us and then told us to come back in April when they have more. Why could this not have been mentioned on the phone yesterday before we took time out of our day to come to the store for this appointment? We were in the store for a total of 5 minutes. Waste of time. Also none of the staff were not friendly at all and not professional. Not the people I want to be getting wedding day attire from.

The employees of the clay terrace location are VERY UNPROFESSIONAL IN KNOWLEDGE AND APPEARANCE, not what you would expect from a quality clothing store, ill go to the location close to keystone at the crossing.

Don’t waste your time here. Been a customer for a long time. Was told to go somewhere else because they are short staffed. Was prepared to spend 500 dollars on suit, belt, pants. Just disappointing service. Will not be using Jos A Bank ever again

I found really nice dress shoes here today. The price is reasonable. The staff was so friendly. She helped me with the right size of shoes as soon as she finished with the previous customer. They also have some really nice deal there. Many pants are 25% off. Many suits are on sale. Will be back if I need another suits next time.

Extremely rude. Not at all what this store used to be. Walked in the store with my friend and her 15 year old son to get outfitted for homecoming. We had a nice man getting ready to greet us and as soon as he was about to say hello, a person standing at the register shouted "WE CANNOT FIT HIM HERE!!!!" I said excuse me...the whole store turned and looked at him, he was mortified. We were not in the store for one minute before she yelled from across the store. First of all that's HORRIBLE customer service and we will NEVER return and this is where my friend and I would outfit our husbands with suits. Not anymore. This person could have gone about this a very different way. It was a disgusting display of rudeness. I ran into a friend at another store later that day that said they had the same experience at the same store with the same person. Not sure who hired this person but not a good move. Kindness goes a long way. Unfortunately we won't be back. Hopefully that person doesn't ruin for the other people who are actually nice and trying to help customers.

I do not usually take the time to post a review, but I really had to this one time. Never had this kind of service! Very surprised. Entered the store to buy a suit for my brother for his engagement. No help or given any information on what kind of suit we want, she stood there talking to another employee. The employee who was “helping” was nowhere to be found when we literally helped ourselves and hopefully chose a good suit and had to call someone else while waiting on the counter, finally someone placed an order. We found out that she ordered the wrong size ?upon trying on the suit in the store and that is when she also told us that the tailor is not available until October to do the fitting, and my brother’s engagement is in September.., like we should have been notified of this important information when we placed the order especially when we told them what we need it for when we placed the order. The whole vibe of the store and employees was just so off.

Will not be using this store again. The service was far less than subpar. Upon entering the store we were not met with great customer service. Our needs were our last as an employee stood to the side gossiping with another employee. We were told to “hang on a minute man”. Our order was not measured properly and did not fit. We were not told our order had come in either, we had to call and ask, just 3 days before the wedding. I would not recommend using this store. The employee that did not service us told us the reason she was not timely was because she was not used to persons be in the store. It was normal business hours.

The store itself could benefit from workers who actually DO ANYTHING. Vann is a gem but she’s running the show by herself! Erik(?) ignored my father and I entirely for about twenty minutes DESPITE my repeated attempts to get help, before Vann who was in the middle of putting away clothes came over. While Dad got his shirts picked out (and some great ties!) I watched Erik ignore more customers and go chat with his friends or something. Gross.Edit: I want to make ABUNDANTLY clear that Vann (Van?) is the ONLY employee who actually gave a hoot and did a SUPERB job. She was so lovely and helpful and got my Dad looking quite dapper!

went to store to buy suit and sports coat walked in at 215 on 8/6 staff members were busy with customer. waiting patiently we were next in the store. Others were entering store and getting service while I was still waiting! I have shopped here for years and have never had this poor customer service EVER!!!!!! I will not go back! Jos you've lost a good customer due to poor customer service!
