Used an Atm at the Kroger on Rockville Rd. It kept $60 of my withdrawal and after a good half hour on the phone with them, they disconnected me. Called them and was basically told that I was screwed out of my money.

Extremely friendly and helpful. I had an urgent issue that was very time-sensitive, and the staff at the Carmel branch went above and beyond to help me. Very highly recommended.

I came to this branch of Key Bank with a $300 offer to open a new account with a direct deposit. I was assured by the banker who opened my account that despite the need to have a deposit made inside 60 days there was latitude. Within 24hours of opening the acct I contacted the same bank rep to inform them the first deposit would not occur inside the 60 day window and was again assured no problem. There was a problem and at the request of the same personal bank, I provided proof that I made the change of banks in 24hrs of opening the acct. I was told the bank mgr couldn't over ride the issue and was referred to his boss Josh Cooper and his #. No message was ever returned. Key doesn't care if it lies to you. And there management won't even listen to you. DON'T BANK HERE!!

The only reason I am giving this bank branch 1 star is none is not an option. Stay away from these unprofessional people as much as possible.

Excellent customer oriented service..Yes they charge overdraft fees like the others, but they are not greedy about it, and at least try to call before it gets out of hand. I am still receiving settlement checks from class action suits against harris and chase. Thank goodness for Key Bank and any others that still value their customers.
