Well, this location is great if you have a Kohl's account or Kohl's cash already. Also an interesting location for Amazon returns and it's close to many other shopping centers. Now, for the rest of the experience.
I was constantly looking for an associate, but any time I tried walking up to one, they'd walk away or ask some other clientele if they needed assistance. Even when I was standing in areas for long durations of time, certain departments were just barren. I don't wish to say I was ignored, but it's how I felt.
Some of the shelves in the men's areas of the store were poorly managed and in disarray, making it difficult to find things in my size.
I did manage to find 2 of the many items I was looking for. Walked to the register. Yes, register. Not registers in the plural sense.
Lastly, when it was time to purchase, I was prompted with the typical prompts of establishing an account. I declined and then the cashier asked if I wanted to set one up. Again I declined and they kept trying to pitch it to me another two times.
KOHL'S, as surprising as it is... No means NO! Didn't realize I'd have to remind a business about consent.
After the aggressive sales tactics, and realizing that they were making me repeat myself unnecessarily, I simply told the cashier, "Thank you." With a big fat smile on my face and walked out.
I take it that the location is hurting for new foot traffic, returning customers, or new members signing-ups.
What could have been a whimsical 5 minute sesh turned into a 35 minute Easter Egg Hunt with no prizes to boot.
I'd probably wait for the location to do it's, 'Going out of business' event to get some good deals 👉👉

Bruce was an absolute gem who helped me navigate my Kohl's cash, which I thought was less than what I actually had. It's a much longer story and nobody wants to hear it, but the important thing is, he talked me through my options and I'm so happy with my purchase!

Much improved since my last visit, 3-4 years ago. All departments organized and easy to shop.

A nice shopping experience. I walked out with a few more purchases than I intended. I initially only went there for an Amazon return.
