This review is specifically for Sephora inside Kohl’s. I had looked around in this Sephora once before a few months back and the associate acted like I didn’t exist. I asked about a product that they had on the website but since she couldn’t find it on the shelf, it didn’t exist either. Fast forward to today when I took a chance. I’m SO glad I stopped in. Chris was so kind, helpful, and went way above and beyond. She’s newer to the Sephora area but she is incredible. I hope to see her again soon! ?

The customer service at Carmel store Indiana very unprofessional and mess with my cash back and refused to correct her mistake to save my cash back.I went to exchange size, but for some reason the price tagged differently because of the size and she suggested to return the items and re-purchase the right size which affected my cash back although the price was higher because some other item weren’t with me to return it all.

Fairly busy for morning. Well staffed so wait time for returns in checking out was minimal. The Amazon returns are so easy to do. You get receipt plus email from place if order that tells that site knows you made the return. So easy.

They no longer honor their own coupons on list of what they sell. In fact, we didn’t find anything in the store that we could use the coupon on. They’re running off long-tone loyal shoppers with bad management decisions. They need to be honest and stop pretending that the coupons work. The store was also a mess In every department

Nice store. Very clean and orderly.Grandma and I are 90 years old and don't have any business shopping but she likes to go look at things. They really didn't have what she was looking for but she bought something anyway that wasn't what she really wanted.

Whack location. Spent a good 10 mins in Sephora without a single person working there. Spent another five mins waiting for someone to show up at checkout. Had to call customer service to get someone to help. Lady came over without a single greeting. We greeted her and she didn't say a single freaking word in return. Didn't know what she was doing at all and wasn't even able to check me out. She called for someone else and that person didn't even show up! I just gave up and left. Worst customer experience. I'm not even asking for much either??

Loss prevention officers are trash here. They are so easy to see. Just wait for a customer with a backwards hat or someone of color to come in and all the sudden they appear??. I like to switch it up and start following them. Sometimes I'll even talk to the store manager and point the loss prevention officer out and say how suspicious that person looks. KOHLS GET YOUR LOSS PREVENTION EMPLOYEES UNDER CONTROL. There is a line at check out half way around the entire store meanwhile you got you loss prevention following normal customers.
