How did the city of Carmel allow these mongoloids to set up a business with such a terrible parking and traffic arrangement? This place is a nightmare at all times, but on a weekend, you are bound to see at least one elderly person get backed into by another elderly person. The parking lot would be too tight if everyone were required to drive smart cars, but this Carmel, so I'm dodging smokin' hot soccer moms who can't see over their fake tits as they roll through in Denali's, Escalades, EV Hummers, Rovers, Mercedes trucks. The parking lot on a Saturday afternoon is more absurdly packed, and ASTOUNDINGLY dangerous.

Very honest stuff at customer service desk. On Monday Feb 5, 2024 my 10 year old dropped an envelope with $50 cash in it while choosing Prime bottle and customer service lady apparently picked it up and saved it at the customer service desk. It was around 4 pm. When I realized he lost it somewhere we came back to this Kroger and they had his envelope. So we were so happy!!!!! Thank you so much honest lady, you know who you are. My kid was so happy as this was his prize money he got 15 min earlier!! We are so appreciative of you. Faith is the humanity exists.

Do you know that the packaged meat at ALL Kroger stores are pre-frozen, thawed in the back and then put out to sell? This means that we should not be refreezing this meat. Kroger fails to label it as pre-frozen so we will know.

I shopped here today. The cashier Abdul was so beyond rude I will never shop at this location again. I was purchasing a bottle of champagne to celebrate my birthday and my husband's 60th birthday. Along with 400 dollars worth of groceries. The bottle of champagne was priced differently in 2 areas. A difference of $5. The gentleman in the liquor area said it's our error just take a picture of the price and ask them to charge you that price. Abdul told me I was wrong and he would ring it for the higher price . Then he proceeded to be so rude to me. Like in trying to rip Kroger off for $5. I asked the bagger to get a manager. When someone walked over and asked what the problem was. Abdul said everything. Then when I got home I realized other items had also been overcharged. I'm so over him and his rudeness. You would think with only 2 cashiers and everything else self service he'd realize that his job could be gone at any min and he'd try to be nice

I don't understand how such a large business don't update the register with sales. The money they pocket on false sales must be incredible. Many people would not catch it. And the pricing is so high compared to other stores. Not impressed!

Apparently despite running a corporation that processes thousands of point-of-sale purchases each day, Kroger management does not realize that "point-of-sale" means that, while I pay with a (debit) card, the money leaves my checking account instantly (at the "point of sale") and the transaction is considered essentially a cash transaction. From the business standpoint, it is more safe than cash because, while the business receives the sale, they do not end up with cash on hand that can easily be stolen or lost. Yet Kroger has an asinine store policy against the use of a debit card to purchase a money order in a high dollar amount. So while I have to stand in line behind people who use debit cards to buy lotto tickets - which are also "cash-only" items - I am not allowed to purchase a money order using the same payment method. Kroger would rather receive and manage $1000 in paper money than receive a secure, electronic, same-as-cash point-of-sale purchase for money orders. Thanks to this policy, Kroger management demonstrates ignorance about basic transaction processes that their business profits from everyday. While trying to outsmart would-be criminals, Krogers ends up with a policy that only frustrates honest customers trying to use legitimate payment methods to make pretty basic transactions. As a result, Kroger lost not just a sale but a customer.

This location is always well-stocked. Sushi corner is next to seating area. Starbucks is inside the grocery located near flower section. The store is clean and not too crowded most of the time.

This Kroger has really let customer service dissolve! No one greets you. The cashiers are rude and NEVER bag the groceries. I only come to the Rangeline Kroger when I have no other choice.

Generally a very good store. However three times I've purchased fish, I've had to throw it away. I try to avoid the old dry stuff, which is always present, but when I get home and the smell is terrible, I'm left shaking my head and poorer! Never again. If it smells bad, it is bad! If it looks dry, it is bad! If it's old, it's bad! These are lessons the fish counter should learn before someone gets sick or worse. The lady behind the counter was rude When I insisted on freshly cut piece then lied about how old the salmon was. It's time to put quality seafood counter staff in place, Kroger! Those behind the counter whom I've encountered won't tell you how old the fish is - but are quick to sell anything to you anyway knowing it's bad. Caveat emptor when buying seafood here. Better yet, just find a safer place to buy seafood.

I had a curbside pickup today and I spent $78. I am the only person in my household and that is a lot of money to spend on one person for groceries. I spend at least $50 every week at this Kroger and every week there is a mess up with what I order. This week I ordered a Pepperidge Farm coconut frozen cake and when I got home to wash off my groceries and put them away, they had put a big Marie Calander's coconut pie in with my groceries instead of the cake. I called at 5:00 PM (December 11, 2021) and spoke with the nastiest guy who claimed to be a manager in the curbside department. I told him that my groceries are not accurate mast weeks and he asked me why don't I go somewhere else and shop? I asked for his manager and he told me never mind who his manager is because he told me to bring the pie back for a store credit. I said that I don't want a store credit because I'm not shopping at any store where the employees are rude. I told him that I'm a senior citizen and I'm handicapped and can't walk into the store. Then he hung up on me. I will never go to that store again. I am going to contact the store manager, Karen Hansen, to make her aware of how her employee is treating a loyal customer.

The self checkout person next to the pharmacy is depressed and takes out their hate for living on us Kroger customers. I would love if everyone in today world could just get along. Although with this person it is absolutely impossible. I get that the self checkout machines are a piece of crap. I get you hate fixing all the stupid simple crap on the machines. I get you hate living and love taking out your hate on us customers. I get that you love it and you get lots of pleasure when you bring others down to your level of depression. I get it. But please leave us out of your stupid petty everyday drama.
