I have been to this location on two separate occasions and never had one person greeted me or asked if they could assist me. Both times there have been two females behind the desk running their mouths and would not look up and a male employee at the another desk doing whatever and not a word! Yes, they knew I was there, but again never acknowledged me. I have been a customer of LensCrafters’s in two other states and have received excellent service. I will continue to patronize LensCrafters, but at another location!

Christina's service from the initial phone call was so good that I drove further to go to this specific location than the one closer to my office. If I could leave more stars I would. Her and everyone else there were great. I highly recommend and I will be back.

Andrew and the staff at LensCrafters Carmel worked with me to get a pair of Oakley Jawbreakers to try on before ordering a custom prescription pair. I tried working with at least half a dozen other eyewear retailers and none even offered to assist in this manner. I am very happy with the service and very happy with the product. Highly recommended!

1000% recommended. Had difficulties because of eye surgeries and they went out of their way to help me return glasses that would no longer work and replace them. They did not have to do so as my return was outside their window. Very thankful and forever client. Ask for Andrew or the manager Maria.

I had a great experience getting fit for two pair of glasses at Lens Crafters in Carmel. Maria helped me and she was terrific. I picked a gold Ralph Lauren frame made of titanium for my normal glasses and a pair of gold Ray Ban frames with polarized lenses for my sunglasses. The experience was fun and the final price after discounts and insurance was a nice value. I give Maria and Lens Crafters 5-Stars for excellent service and products. Thank you!

I was extremely pleased with the service Christina gave at Carmel, IN. It was great to talk to her while I was making my purchase. Also she gave me some good recommendations based on what I was looking for. I like the styles of frames that are at LensCrafters too but it didn't come cheap have you eye insurance ready or order some frames online but 5 out of 5 for me regardless. Kudos to Christina

I’m an extremely happy customer!! Maria was super nice and took her time to get me the perfect pair of glasses and the perfect type of Transitions/Progressive lenses that I needed. I will be a life long of LensCrafters customer!! Also, the same kudos goes to Dr. Levack and the Indiana Eye Doctors staff. Dr. Levack is the nicest doctor is the world!! Dr. Levack took her time to give me the right eye prescription for my new transition to Progressive lens. I now have the perfect prescription for my new Progressive glasses that I absolutely love!! I’m also a life long customer with Indiana Eye Doctors and Dr. Levack. Keep up the fabulous work!!

If you need new eyeglasses I urge you to visit Len crafters in Carmel, Indiana on Greyhound Pass.
Logan and Maria in the front, and Dr Sheri provide the absolute best in customer service. They have computerized eye testing and imaging equipment Ive never seen before. But the bottom line is they are real professionals who provide superior service.

I got an eye exam and new glasses on 11-14-2024. My prescription seemed off but I waited to for my eyes to get use to my new prescription. After about 2 to 3 weeks still not right. I called and was going to come in and find out what was going on. Before I left my house a Representative called and told me that they made a mistake on my prescription and it would be an additional 7 days or so before my new lenses came in.I wish they would've checked my prescription before telling me my glasses are ready to be picked up. It's just a inconvenience since I live about 35 to 45 min away.
