Called 4 times, regarding my first week because apparently they "really need people" , was put on hold for almost 10 minutes each time, and then someone would answer and hang up. Very unprofessional.

This review is in particular to the order pickup process.
We recently ordered new appliances and new sinks from Lowe's as part of a full kitchen remodel.
When I went to get the sink today, I checked in at the pickup desk and the first guy helping was polite and friendly.
The second guy, in he's 30s-40s with a long gray and black beard, was the total opposite.
He drops the box our order game in on the floor then proceeds to flip it over and drop it again. My wife and I saw it and I interjected that it was a $600 granite composite sink and he probably shouldn't be doing that.
He just shrugged, didn't say a word and stood there staring at us while the professional associate finished checking us out.
I've spent a lot of money at this store, and can say as long as I don't have to interact with the staff, they're great, but for some reason everyone I've had to talk to from the appliance guys to now the pickup desk attendant seem to hate it there.

My only complaint is the snack section next to the toy section that is marketed to kids but are the most harmful selection of snacks in the market. All of them are packed with sugar and petroleum based dyes and offer no nutrients.
This section can offer much healthier options that both parents and kids like and buy.

Tried to order siding today from the pro desk?
Rude condescending and just not helpful at all.
Reason it’s not called a help desk!

Hardware section was a mess, bins were either empty or filled with loose nuts and bolts of the wrong size. Self checkout is also a joke, bring back cashiers so I don't have to wait for help with a barcode that won't scan. Left my things and walked out, checkout "assistants" never acknowledged me.

If you are purchasing anything from Lowe’s do your own research on the product even if Lowe’s lists the product details online.. THEY ARE PROBABLY WRONG. We recently built a fireplace insert wall and built the wall around an electric fireplace Lowe’s had listed dimensions online for. Keep in mind, we would have looked up the dimensions on our own had they not listed them. We finished the wall with the correct dimensions listed on Lowe’s website, and when the fireplace arrived it was nowhere near the dimensions listed online. After speaking with customer service they told us this happens frequently with online products that product details can be wrong and there’s nothing they can do for us. NOTHING after we have spent hundreds of dollars on this wall. The kicker is there is no fireplace in existence with these dimensions so now we have built an entire wall wrong and they REFUSE to help us fix THEIR mistake. They have now changed the dimensions on their website, and hung up on us in the customer service process. Save yourself the time, money, and effort and don’t purchase from Lowe’s.

Terrible delivery service. Items ordered, in stocks, a floor model, not delivered for two weeks.

I am a pro services customer! You would think we would get great service!absolutely not is the answer. Over the years I have always had good experiences with lowes in Elkhart, palm. Harbor, Tarpon springs, new port Richey! But the Carmel by far is the worst! The pro services desk people hide behind their computer screens and and when you ask for help they seem offended and refer you to the regular cashier with a line of people and then they tell you to go to the pro services desk! Trying to get help to load is impossible! If they do show up which is seldom your going to wait an hour or two! Just in the last month I have bought 500 bags of 80 pound cement! And thousands of dollars of lumber, fasteners and other products! You would think I would get good service no way! 3 times in the last month I ordered on line sales and paid for the products! Tobe picked up. All3 time's they notified me it was ready for pickup! All 3 times it wasn't ready for pickup! 2 of the times we waited for an hour before they had it ready! The 3rd time we waited2 hours. While they tried to get it ready! The unfortunate thing for me was I needed 40 more bags of cement to finish a job which I had already laid 100 bags that was sitting at the jobsite drying!!! Over a month ago I Call the store and ask for the store manager. The person that answered said he was the store manager and that his name was kJ I explained the above to him and he said he would make it right and get back with me. That was a month ago since then, there have been more problems with the curbside delivery. They call and they say it's ready for pick up you prepay. For this service and when you get there, it is not ready and you'll wait hours for it. Also I tried to return 17 bags oexcellent and I waited over 2 hours for someone to wait on me to pick it up with a fork lift. I asked what the problem was and they said they had no fort cliffs available. I looked in the back door and there was 3 of them parked. Inside the back door. When I question what of the representative about the situation they said they weren't allowed to drive those 3 outside the building.I drove around back where they told me to wait and saw two of them sitting behind the building!

We purchased a dishwasher. The team did their best and upon entry into the computer, the price went up by $50 for a "recycle fee" they explained to me this was to pick up our old dishwasher. When I pointed out the line below showed the price to pick up the old dishwasher was already on that line, everyone just got quiet.
They decided to start over and upon entering things into the system again, the price was different again. There was a $32.95 upcharge for required equipment. When I pointed out the delivery+haul away had gone up $50 and there was already a line that says "equipment required for installation" in addition to the new upcharge, they got quiet again and couldn't explain. Then they said they couldn't do anything about it.
I asked them to go ahead and set up the purchase and went to talk with the store manager on duty, Will, about it. Will looked at things, agreed I wasn't wrong about some of it, but also asserted, "that's just the way it is" even after acknowledging the pricing was different from what was listed online, and different in their system multiple times.
I bottom-lined it with Will that I felt the deliver+installation+haul-away fees started at $184.95 and that by the time I was done getting through the computer the fees had grown to $247.95 and that this was wrong and I would like the difference back. He refused.
Be careful when shopping here. I know it's "just $63 different", but I would like to keep my $63 rather than give it to Lowes over what I felt to be unfair and unexplainable (by the team) upcharges from time of purchase to time of check-out.

I love being able to order on line and then just pull up and load but lately they don't have any scanners available and it takes forever.

Went for plants for summer. Found some great deals/markdowns in the back of the garden center. I bought my appliances here and have generally been quite happy with Lowe’s.

Lots of people. No help. Had to figure things out on my own. I think Menards has more experienced and informative employees.

Not the kind of Lowes I'm use to. Sad!
