Hands down the friendliest staff of any Lowe's I've ever been to. This is a very clean and well organized store.

Highly recommend avoiding using Lowe's Home Improvement in Carmel, Indiana for Blinds and Installation. Between the assistant management's treatment of our multiple issues with the installation team that they hired, their condescending treatment of us, the runaround that we received between the management at Carmel Lowes, Installation Support and Corporate, we strongly recommend avoiding entering into a contract with them. The worst part of all of it is that the Carmel store manager refuses to speak to us. We have asked Corporate to have the District Manager contact us, but after 6 days, have still not heard from that person, either. It's very frustrating to try to resolve an issue and have your concerns heard.

I want to like their services, but after this last experience, we are done. Avoid this store and delivery options. They made a complete mess out of our delivery and costing us more time and money. Better off going down the street to Menards.Purchased materials in the store on Sunday, 1/14/2024 for a contracted job that was scheduled to start on Thursday, 1/18/2024. Everything was scheduled for delivery on Wednesday, 1/17/2024. I took the day off from work to be available for the 1st Delivery and it was dropped off between 1p-4p. After checking to make sure everything was there, we were missing our drywall and 2 pieces of L-shaped tile edging (98.5 in in length).I called customer support on 1/17/2024 and they said they did not have all of the materials in stock. However, no one reached out to us to notify us that this was going to be the case. Customer service said the only options were re-delivery for Friday, 1/19/2024, or we pick up the materials from the store. I opted to schedule a 2nd delivery for 1/19/2024 between 8a-8p and asked if the delivery fee could be waved - they granted and waived the $79 fee. Additionally, due to not having all material(s) our project had to be pushed back from 1/18 - 1/20. Took off another day of work and 2nd delivery came on 1/19/24. Again, delivery was missing 1 of the L-Shaped tile edges. I called customer service and only option is coming to pick up the missing piece. Very frustrating!!!!!I asked for additional compensation due to their multiple misses and between the extra day off and incurred project delay fees. Customer service escalated to Corporate. Within the hour, Corporate called me to let me know that all they would be able to do is the $79 fee that had already been waived. Absolute joke.When asked if they could escalate my case, the lady said, "No, but I will make management aware so they can provide additional training." Between the two days off of work and additional fees incurred (not to mention us now having to borrow a vehicle that can hold the 98.5 in edge) and physically having to go into the store to get the missing piece - basically, doing the job we paid them for, it's very disappointing.My wife and I have been ordering supplies and materials from Lowe's for over a decade and even had them do some of our in-home projects. I wasn't asking for much to be waived, or credited, but some form of compensation for the extra time and efforts that we then had to sacrifice out of our day for a service we were paying them to complete and mess up, not once, but twice.

Newer building and lot.They didn't have the light bulbs I needed,but ordered them so I can pick them up in 2 days.The employees are very friendly and helpful.wish they had more cashiers and not as many self checkout.The store was well kept with the restroom very clean The prices are very competitive and the quality is better than most other hardware stores.

Lowe's failed to install our newly purchased dishwasher twice. The first time, they delivered a damaged machine; the second time, the delivery person went to get the machine and was told it hadn't arrived - so, why was the delivery scheduled if the machine wasn't in the store? The third delivery is pending - it's now more than a week late. We called Lowe's and spoke with the assistant manager (Brad) and asked if there was something he could do to help us get the machine ... he never called back, and we're still waiting.

Worst appliance service. The appliances themselves are fine. But Lowes Delivery is a 3rd party provider, so Lowes associates in the store throw up their hands and say "you'll have to call Lowes Delivery" Whenever there is a problem. 1st issue: I bought a Cafe collection refrigerator. Measured carefully. Was told by the associates that it is normal to take off the doors to bring it in. When Lowes Delivery got here, the guy said "no way! My insurance won't cover it." So I sent it all back. 2nd issue: Confirmed doors would come off and the water would be connected. Guy got here, and even though I turn off the water, he would NOT bring the frig in because there wasn't an "in line shut off" at the refrigerator. Lowes customer service call center staff is nice, but I called to cancel my order and was told by the rep it was cancelled. THEN 3 days later I get a text saying it will be delivered tomorrow! The order wasn't cancelled. I was going to the Lowes store and I talked to the front desk person, who basically said "oh its loaded on the truck. I see they were supposed to cancel it but didn't. I can't do anything." So "I can't do anything is a theme here. Now I'm on the phone and the rep told me he couldn't cancel the order, and someone would get back to me in 24 hours (I've had that line before on a different issue, there is NEVER a call back). Bottom line? I would not buy anything where it is delivered. NO ONE IS ACCOUNTABLE. We were going to buy $10K worth of carpet from Lowes tomorrow. However, given this experience, we will pay more an go elsewhere. Its a shame. Something is very very wrong with their model.

They don't accept returns on cut glass! 24x32 is what I needed and this is what I got. Unusable. Was finally contacted by Lowe's and was told oh well that's our policy which even includes things like carpet. So Home Depot and Menards will now be my go to store for home improvement. Boycott Lowe's for life

Have gone into this location several times for an item or items that show having multiple in stock, sometimes even hundreds in stock. When I arrive to the store the item or items are nowhere to be found. Not in the spot they are listed at online and when I ask an employee they direct me to a completely different product. When I state this is not the product I am asking about they finally scan the barcode for the item I am actually looking for and they say they don’t know why it is listing in stock or where the item actually is. Several times now. Big problem with inventory and tracking. I can understand once or twice for an item that lists having only a few but this is several times for items that have full stock. Do better.
