I had Ruthann as a massage therapist. I was asked online, at check-in and again when I met with Ruth Ann, what areas I wanted focused on. I explained I had a lot of tension in my neck and shoulders and some nerve pain in my lower back and hip that I would like addressed. She spent 75% of the 1hr Appointment on my upper back. I asked if she could work on my lower back/hip and she pushed at my hip for about 2 minutes and went back to my upper back. She seemed VERY uncomfortable touching people.Also- I paid $30 for the CBD and the way the website advertises, you get a whole jar of the CBD cream and you take home what isn't used. I got a tiny disposable sauce cup. Absolutely NOT worth the $30 for the "enhancement".I wouldn't recommend this place. I usually go to a private masseuse but was away from home and this was not worth the money I paid.

This review is for Chonita F.! Chonita is amazing at what she does and she asks what you would like and then actually focuses on that area! She knows when the pressure is too much and makes sure that you are having a relaxing time! She goes the extra mile to make sure that you are having a great visit! I cannot say enough amazing things about her because she is truly a magician with her hands and makes me forget about all the stress in my life and the world for 50 minutes. If you need an amazing massage go and see my girl Chonita!

Tommy knows how to find those tough spots and really work them. I scheduled same day on a Monday @10AM. Front desk was extremely pleasant and helpful. I’ll be back and I’m asking for Tommy again!

If you want a REAL massage, you have to see Chonita. She will get you right. I suffer from chronic migraines and backpain and I woke up the next day after the massage feeling like a whole person. Not only is she great at her job, she was very kind! Will definitely be going back!

Great massage last week with Donavan, but masseuse shared unsolicited anti-mask, anti-vax opinions. I have learned that I can't control what people believe, but I am paying you to help me relax, so this was not a great way to start off the session.

I've been a member with ME for years. I never encountered such horrible customer service with this chain. However, this location was the first. The front desk staff and my masseuse were very nice & professional. Surprisingly, I had the issue with the general manage, Casey. He is very rude, unprofessional, lacks comprehension & most importantly, empathy. I upgraded to a 90 minute massage for severe tension & although the masseuse had amazing customer service, his techniques were counterproductive & I ended up being in more pain. I explained this to the front desk rep, Abby (great customer service), who then apologized & offered me a complimentary massage. She couldn't find the correct form to fill out so she said she'll have her manager call me. Casey then called and things went downhill. He basically bragged about how the masseuse is amazing, people request him all the time & that's he knowledgeable. (Lack of empathy and horrible customer service!) His solution...pay for another massage with a "free upgrade." Why should I have to pay for a service I wasn't happy with?! I didn't want a refund, I wanted him to rectify the problem (MY NECK!) This is why I wanted another massage from a different masseuse. He was very bias and wasn't interested in listening to anything I had to say. I clarified by asking him was this only alternative & he said yes because I liked the masseuse. Either he has extremely poor communication skills or he simply didn't care. He kept over talking me, only to repeat what I was trying to explain to him. He misunderstood what I said and when I pointed it out, he said he was going to go back and listen to the phone call to verify what I said (Really?!) Dealing with him was totally exhausting. He doesn't care & he's condescending to say the least. I'm filing a complaint with corporate. I'll NEVER book here again.

i’m not sure how some of the reviews are true. this place is awesome. they must have got some new front desk staff bc abigail is amazing! she signed me up for my membership and was very knowledgeable of which massage therapist would best suit my needs. i highly recommend geo! if you ever have an issue with something, abigail is your go-to-girl. she was friendly, helpful, and professional.

If I was rating my therapist, this would be 5 stars. I have been a member for years. I've only recently been coming to this location since my therapist transferred. In that short time, I've encountered two issues that are less than satisfactory. First, the price was raised without my knowledge by $10. When I spoke with the manager, Casey Buldock, he basically said they didn't owe it to me to tell me of the increase. The second thing happened today. I get confirmation of my appointment tomorrow and the time is 30 minutes late than was originally scheduled. I call the location and am informed that the manager changed it. Now as a business owner, I find this extremely presumptive and unprofessional. But as I've been told by another member, Casey is the owners son-in-law. Does that mean they don't hold him accountable to being a good manager? Apparently.**Update: went in for my massage and found out the manager also changed the time for my next massage without contacting me. The front desk girl said she asked him about it and he said he tried to call me. Absolute lies.
