“I drove 4 hours solely to get to this store. This place is amazing!!!! I was shaking like a leaf when I walked in at first but David was so welcoming and friendly and made me feel so safe. It was so wonderful to meet other people like me!! Huge selection that’s actually a bit overwhelming!! I’ll have to go back to grab a few other things I missed!! I got a good haul and David gave me a big hug before I left. He’s such an Angel baby and I hope to see him again when I go back. -Macy”
“They set somebody out to fix my chair and ended up having to take it with him after he beat on it with a hammer for over 45 minutes on my front porch, and that was almost 6 weeks ago I had been without my chair ever since.
And I don't seem to be in the hurry. Big hurry to get it back.”

“Ella Community Pharmacy is such a breath of fresh air in this world of mega-pharmacies that are also convenience stores, photo processing labs, and any number of other things. The neighborhood i grew up in had a small community pharmacy and Ella is cut from that mold.
They are fast, friendly, and super convenient. We LOVE the pill-pack service for my mom who needs to keep a complex schedule of morning and evening medications straight. Ella Pharmacy takes all that confusion out of it by packaging her medications in small pouches, individually labeled for a specific date and whether it's a morning or evening pack. Such a blessing to have that service available. And they deliver!
All that and they have a really nice wine and whiskey selection (some local and hard to find items!). Not kidding. Its great!
Anyway, highly recommend.”

“Mike Berger of Lincare (Lebanon office) is EXCELLENT. Every else at Lincare seems to be shockingly inept and unhelpful. How weird to have such inconsistencies. Just call Mike Berger directly and he will professionally, kindly, quickly, compassionately handle your situation with great finesse. Thankfully he gave us his private cell number & we could just work through him. In time of need and stress, he was of great comfort. To otherwise call a Lincare office is to waste an hour of your time and get no where and no help from people who have no idea what is going on. To Lincare: read your consistently horribleonline reviews .... they aren't pretty. Fix your company. And give Mike Berger a big raise. Or make him President.”

“Anyone that steps into the journey of using a C-Pap machine for the first time like myself had a lot of questions. Then I met "Mel" aka Melissa. To say that she answered any and all of my questions & concerns is an understatement. She was professional yet eager and "prepared" for whatever I needed to know. From set up to cleaning, ordering supplies... if she told you how you needed to maintain your equipment she also explained why and the negative result of not doing it correctly. She also went over - of course - the many benefits of how my machine would vastly improve my overall health. I physically felt better walking out of their facility before ever getting the chance to use my new equipment.”
