We have taken our pets to MedVet on numerous occasions. We, and our pets have always been treated kindly and compassionately. We feel safe that they are getting the best of care.

We appreciated professionalism and experience of all staff from reception to nurses and doctors. Our cat's cardiac needs were well assessed by Dr Agarwal and nurse Emily. Ashley in reception was also helpful. We rest easy having had a compassionate, quality assessment of our cat's cardiac condition as well as a path forward for follow-up.

I took my dog to the MedVet clinic on the word of my local vet. They were helpful, kind and once they got to check her out figured out the problem and provided the medicine to fix the issue. If I ever need serious veterinarian help they will be my first choice.I just wish they had more clinics spread around since they are the closest one to me and they are still an hour away.

I brought our dog in after she injured her leg. She was triaged quickly and efficiently by the caring team of professionals. I feel very satisfied with the quality of care she received at Med Vet and the value of their services. The vet didn't pressure me to run unnecessary tests. I would definitely come back here for veterinary emergencies when my regular vet's office is closed.

My dog is currently hospitalized at Medvet Carmel. The ladies at the front desk were so sweet, as well as the vet techs that I talked to. I felt so comfortable and safe leaving him there. All of the staff I talked to were wonderful, highly knowledgeable, I was walked through a plan of care. No where beats this place for emergencies. I went to a different small animal vet in westfield before this, and it was absolutely awful, with no sense of urgency that we decided to leave and rush him to medvet, they pulled him back instantly as I was still checking in at the front desk! I would highly recommend MedVet to anyone with an emergency. I know my boy is in good hands and I’m hoping I get to pick him up this evening❤️

They correctly diagnosed the issue we were having with our dog and he quickly responded to the treatment and was back to himself quickly and eating again!

Very friendly and caring staff. Rianne was so kind and put me at ease when I was so worried about my pet. She kept us updated throughout the procedure. She treated my pet like she was her own.

My puppy bit his kennel and cracked a tooth at 11pm on NYE. MedVet was fast and painless.

Night Shift staff was extremely kind and so supportive. Front desk, doctor, techs and nurses whoever, they were all amazing.My dog had to stay over night for a blood transfusion and I was able to leave to my hotel with a peace of mind even though I only interacted with staff for 30-45 minutes.You can tell when someone enjoys their job and I guarantee you all of these people do.Mackenzie was amazing and showed so much compassion during this difficult time.Thank you all so much for doing what was best for my doggie.
