“I had my first shopping experience here shortly after Christmas. Unfortunately, I was kind of in a hurry, not to mention I hate shopping! Anyway, I needed some tennis shoes, hiking shoes, and wanted a pair of boots so I grabbed three in my size...all for $225!! Unfortunately, they didn't fit. The boots especially which were size 11 seemed like kids boots. But different brands can fit differently so I wasn't worried about it, and I took them back. The cashier, Nat, was great. She is very friendly in more of a quiet way (as I'm more loud and outgoing LOL), but we had a few minutes to talk while someone went to get a price and one of the pair of boots. I greatly appreciated her kindness and service. When I went back, I returned the boots, and Nat was working. I decided I was going to wait on her since I had great service last time but as it turns out I was next in line for her anyway. She returned the boots, and I purchased another pair, which fit excellent by the way. Their Eddie Bauer hiking boots and I'm at Eagle Creek four to five times a week, and I love them! The price was phenomenal as well. Again, Nat provided excellent customer service. My boyfriend and I are now eager to stop by Sierra every time we go by. Their selection and prices are excellent!”
“I needed to update my wardrobe and was very pleased with the service provided by Ben, the sales representative. I never felt rushed while I tried on the clothing and with his assistance I selected an appropriate sports jacket and several matching shirts. Unfortunately I need to return to the store and pick up the tie he recommended for one of the shirts since none of my other ties at home match this particular shirt. He also applied several discounts which reduced the overall price of the items. Lesson learned: Better purchase the tie when you get the shirt and save another trip to the store. If you don’t need it you can always return it.”
“OMG! Went into the store to kill time until meeting a friend for dinner. Found 1 skirt for $3.97 and another for $4.97. Then I found 2 pairs of jeans for $5.97 each. Clearance prices are incredible!”
“Went to Kohl’s for jean shorts and shoes. Found the jeans shorts, then found a under the seat carry on piece of luggage by London Fog. Using it 3 times along with our new carry on will pay for itself.”
“I went in here a couple weeks ago, and then again about a week later to buy a few more things. I was surprised when the guy who checked me out the second time remembered me and the group I was with from the first time, especially considering that I had only been here those two times and the first time I was there was on a Saturday afternoon when they were really packed and busy. He had amazing customer service and checked in on me multiple times to see if I had any questions. I believe his name was Jake. Wanted to shout him out for being so intentional and good at his job!”
