Customer Service absolutely horrible!!!!
Found what I was looking for but walked out without a purchase due to extremely unpleasant staff and that’s putting it nicely. I refuse to support a business that doesn’t know how to treat their customers!

This has been my go to florist for years. I encouraged my husband to start buying flowers there instead of the place that he normally goes to. Huge mistake. He went into the store last week and purchased flowers for me with a debit card that he hasn’t used for a while in order to keep it a surprise. The next day charges started showing up on that card from Western Union. We contacted the store immediately. Never heard back from anyone so I reached out again this week. Definitely got attitude from the person that I spoke with, but she assured me that someone would call me from accounting the next day. That was two days ago and I still haven’t heard from anyone. I also sent an email through their website. Definitely getting the feeling that no one cares that this happened. There were no other customers in the store at the time so it had to have been an employee that has been using our credit card number. I think I’m just most disappointed that no one has reached out from the store even though we’ve contacted them multiple times. Wanted to make sure I put the situation out there so that people could be aware.

I was so impressed with the ordering process in dealing with this flower shop. Very friendly and professional. I left 2 emails on questions I had and they addressed both very quickly. I was very excited when my daughter in law sent me a picture of the arrangement. I couldn't believe it. It is exactly like the picture that I ordered off of!
I ordered 2 different arrangements in January from 2 other flower shops in greenwood and neither one delivered anything close to that I had ordered. So happy with Oberer's.
Will definitely be ordering from them in the future.

Great experience with Oberer Flowers in Carmel Indiana today.
I ordered a flower arrangement this morning for my wife but the delivery was botched and Krissi made it so right. Great customer service.

Oberer's Carmel IN store just did an event for me on Saturday. The centerpieces were beautiful!!!!! They did wrist corsages for the Mother of the bride and groom and Grandmother that were so special! They delivered them to the venue promptly (even a little early) the day of the event and guests raved about the gorgeous flowers throughout the day! Thank you Oberer's for making a special event even more special!

I have ordered ~ 15 times over the last 2 years. The flowers have been excellent and the price significantly better from the other 2 flower shops I used several times. They have a flower market where wholesale flowers can be ordered. It is awesome! I often order a premade arrangement + wholesale flowers to allow me to place flowers all over the house. The staff have always been helpful when I ask them questions over the phone.

Oberer's Flowers has the best customer service! My husband has been using them for years and I needed a funeral arrangement so I decided to go try them out. I figured out that I had messed up the delivery date so I called the day of and they had already called the funeral home and found out what day and time the funeral was in order to get the flowers there on time. Really saved me a headache! Their prices are good too. The arrangements are so beautiful!

Hello,
This review is based on the customer service I experienced when speaking with the staff.
I purchased the "Eternal Love" flowers for Mother's Day ($231.02). The flowers look very pretty.
The delivery person did not smile or say hello. She handed me the flowers and told me to be careful because there is foam at the bottom and they can spill out.
I called the Carmel store and was again greeted with a cold, hurried customer service representative with a sarcastic demeanor (Once again ma'am.... Like I just said ma'am....) Ouch! I guess customers can not ask questions?
I understand Mother's Day is a very busy and stressful day for a flower shop. Both employees I spoke to seemed to strongly dislike their jobs. When I ordered $200+ flowers I was hoping for the overall "experience" (on Mother's Day) to be be slightly better?
I think the staff would benefit from additional training in customer service?
EDIT:
I recently spoke with a member of the management team. The manager listened to my concerns and assured me that additional customer service training would be pursued. I am pleased with their response and have updated my review to 5 stars.

This the second time I have received flowers from my son that are not the quality that is expected. Roses do not open up and have brown on the petals at delivery. Flowers die much too soon. I have asked him not to send flowers from you anymore. The bouquets I buy at Kroger last much longer.
