Disappointing Service at Office Depot Printing Station
I recently visited Office Depot, hoping to use their printing services, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. It seems they are severely understaffed, especially at the printing station. I had to wait over 20 minutes just to get someone’s attention and ask a basic question. There were other customers around me, all looking equally frustrated with the lack of available staff.
When I finally got assistance, the employee was courteous but clearly overwhelmed by the number of people waiting. Office Depot really needs to address their staffing issues; it’s disappointing to see customers waiting so long for basic service. If you’re in a hurry or need something quickly, you might want to look elsewhere until they improve their staffing situation.

Terrible customer service- particularly in the copy/laminate area. Several times they have been unable to complete my order in a timely manner. The last straw was when I was told the job I needed done wasn’t possible. Staples completed it in just under 2 hours. I now drive 20 min farther to Staples to avoid this Office Max.

Went at 6:12pm to drop off a package but there was no one available to help at the drop off area. I asked the man at the front register and he stated “ I wouldn’t know what to do over there, but someone will be here in maybe 20 minutes.” Zero out of zero for me

Very rude, non responsiveness lady employee in the Print Shop. She ignored me when I first stood waiting for several minutes with no acknowledgement of my presence. She does not belong in a customer service position. Had a flat affect with no people skills. I became frustrated and finally left without being helped. I will never try to do business with her again. In the past I have had all good experiences with staff in the store.

I dropped off 3 packages on Saturday evening. It’s now Tuesday evening and 2 of my USPS packages still haven’t shown as picked up. The gal working assured me that I could track these via the tracking numbers on the labels I had, and didn’t scan them or provide a reciept. These are both time sensitive and I am starting to worry they are now lost. What’s happening? I see this same thing happened to someone else in the past year. One alone will cost me over $500 if not returned in 5 days(because is Warby Parker and that’s what they do). I’m holding Office Depot responsible if that happens. I could have easily thrown it in my mailbox and it would have been picked up faster, but since I was dropping off a different FedEx return, I trusted you with them all. ??♀️

Always a pleasure using the print and services counter at the Carmel/Westfield Office Depot. Associates are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. I can always find the office supply or service which I need. Will definitely continue to stop in, the store is in a convenient and well-maintained location.

Just had the best experience at this Office Depot! I came in looking for a new printer. Theo, the sales specialist I worked with, was very knowledgeable about the different printers I was considering. He answered all my questions, checked me out promptly, and carried the printer to my car!

Lots of employees doing very little work. Shelves are dusty, items aren’t priced and this store is trying to be too many things to too many people.
