“I strongly recommend this paint store on E. 96th Street in Fishers, IN. We used them several years ago to paint our entire home interior and it still looks beautiful. Now, they helped me with the exterior (wood fencing, bridge, barn (shed) and deer fence enclosure with raised garden beds). Kevin and Christa assisted me on creating an exact color match using their brand “Flood”. The project is complete and I could not be more pleased with the results.”

“Super friendly staff who remember customers and really know their stuff! Get your small and large paint color swatches (they'll order the big ones for you if they're out of them), get great color advice and get your paint mixed while you wait! Parking lot is a little small but has entrances/exits on 96th st (going west only unless you're exceptionally lucky) and Michigan Road (going north only). Added bonus - there have been assorted times (day and night) when I've seen a food truck in the parking lot!”

My husband went in a few days before and had an equally great interaction with one of their male staff. So sounds like they know how to hire at this location :)”

“Sure, all of the Sherwin locations are adequate, and the customer service as well as the meeting of your needs are number one priority. However, if you're going to other locations before this one, you might want to rethink. This location on Mundy Drive is without question ran by the #1 TEAM you will find across all locations. Not only will they make the experience pleasant, but they will offer clarity and opportunity for any project you decide to take on. The manager does an incredible job running this location, and he chooses and trains his team impressively well. Awesome job Sherwin, this is the place to go for your coatings. “Grant, Austin, Brenda & team set the example of how friendly, polite and respectful all sw’s should be. I called a few hours beforehand to see if they could do a retint and without hesitation Grant told me to come on in. About a quarter til close (sorry it was so late! I was coming from a job) I came in and Austin was very attentive and courteous immediately and jumped right on it! The associate working was already helping other customers, nevertheless he was pleasant & professional, & graciously provided all of the many varied color samples i wanted. He went above & beyond to help me under the circumstances even though he probably wasn't expecting me to buy there. I let him know that i was shopping at Lowe's who referred me to the Sherwin-Williams store for specific color cards. Although Lowe's sells the products, cards for those colors were unavailable as of end July 2023, pending an update to their Sherwin-Williams display. SW - First Rate service!”
