“I recently purchased paint from Sherwin-Williams Carmel, and I couldn’t be more impressed! Their most premium option may seem pricey at first glance, but it’s worth every penny. The coverage is phenomenal—just one coat was enough to achieve a flawless, professional-looking finish. This saved me so much time and effort compared to other brands I’ve tried.
What surprised me most is that even their top-tier paint is still cheaper overall than other brands when you factor in how much less you need. The staff was incredibly helpful, walking me through the color options and recommending the best product for my project.
If you want quality, efficiency, and expert advice, Sherwin-Williams Carmel is the place to go. I’ll definitely be back for my next project!”

My husband went in a few days before and had an equally great interaction with one of their male staff. So sounds like they know how to hire at this location :)”
“I love my local SW Store! Cristi is so helpful & service oriented. She went above & beyond to trial and error color match a very specific wood stain. I can’t recommend how helpful and attentive the staff has been. Cristi also helped me select paint colors for our home interior taking into consideration our trim, cabinet & wood floor colors to have a cohesive and fresh look.”
“I strongly recommend this paint store on E. 96th Street in Fishers, IN. We used them several years ago to paint our entire home interior and it still looks beautiful. Now, they helped me with the exterior (wood fencing, bridge, barn (shed) and deer fence enclosure with raised garden beds). Kevin and Christa assisted me on creating an exact color match using their brand “Flood”. The project is complete and I could not be more pleased with the results.”

“Sure, all of the Sherwin locations are adequate, and the customer service as well as the meeting of your needs are number one priority. However, if you're going to other locations before this one, you might want to rethink. This location on Mundy Drive is without question ran by the #1 TEAM you will find across all locations. Not only will they make the experience pleasant, but they will offer clarity and opportunity for any project you decide to take on. The manager does an incredible job running this location, and he chooses and trains his team impressively well. Awesome job Sherwin, this is the place to go for your coatings. “The customer service is great on top of selling great products. This is a newer Sherwin-Williams just off Michigan Road. I've been in a couple times now to pick up paint and color samples. There is a small parking lot in front of the store. On Friday, we ordered paint by phone to pick up curbside for a weekend project. The clerk that helped me out, was super friendly. I told him what color I wanted and he help us with which formulation to get. I was able to pay over the phone and the paint was ready to pick up in 15 minutes. Getting product was easy and I didn't even have to go in the store. They even mixed it for me! The paint, as always, is high quality. Colors are exact. They make my DYI projects easy and rewarding. I'll be back.”
“Visited the Sherwin-Williams store in Castleton ten minutes before closing. The associate working was already helping other customers, nevertheless he was pleasant & professional, & graciously provided all of the many varied color samples i wanted. He went above & beyond to help me under the circumstances even though he probably wasn't expecting me to buy there. I let him know that i was shopping at Lowe's who referred me to the Sherwin-Williams store for specific color cards. Although Lowe's sells the products, cards for those colors were unavailable as of end July 2023, pending an update to their Sherwin-Williams display. SW - First Rate service!”
