I’m so disappointed in this store. I clicked one wrong button when scheduling my dogs most recent grooming appointment and they canceled my appointment due to this mistake. Even when I told them it was an accident they still wanted proof that I made an error. I’ve been getting him groomed at Petco for 10 years, so to have this happen, breaks my heart.

LOCATION: the store is located on the southside of the shopping plaza facing 116th street. I don't know what's up with the directions. I think it pointed us to their old location? Which was a pain because that is a congested area.
Overall, this is a nice and clean petco location. Cleaner than some of the other locations. As usual, it's hard to find an employee that isn't cashiering.

This was an amazing place I've never been such a good place for pets especially cats The owner and his staff have created a wonderful environment for adopting and taking care of cats I'm so happy with the adoption I got through here I couldn't speak highly enough about them. I definitely recommend that you give this place a look if you're in the market for adopting a new pet for yourself or your family I guarantee you will not be disappointed you'll be very happy.
Id Love to be able to speak to the owner and know where he bought all the items from for the cats to play on because he has the best selection of play stuff for the cats in the cat room they have a cat tower in the middle of the room that must be 10 ft tall that thing is incredibly cool You have got to see this if for nothing else just to notice the care and attention put into these pets it truly is something other facilities should follow!

Did an in-store pickup. Literally took 30 seconds from the time I walked in to walking out. Very clean from what I could tell and customer service was on it!
