“I’m a gamer and enjoy Magic: The Gathering as a fun hobby. I’ve been stopping by this Meijer for the past few weeks to check out the cards, but the section is almost always wiped out. During Christmas, the BOGO 40% off deal was awesome, but now that the cards are restocked, it’s clear there’s a theft problem. A lot of sets are missing or half-empty within a day or two of being put on the shelf.
I really think you should add a camera above the card section or move the display to the front of the store. Other places like Walmart and Target keep their cards near the registers, which seems to help because there are more people around to keep an eye on things. Having the cards stuck near books and electronics without any security isn’t working.
It’d be great to see some changes so people like me can actually buy the cards instead of finding empty shelves.

“Genoa is one of the best pharmacies I’ve used. They mail your prescription for you free of charge. They have LITERALLY saved my life by saving a discount card for my medicine that gets me a month supply for free which when I needed a quick refill, CVS said my insurance was charging me $1.6K a month for. Also every time I call, Erica is always so nice and helpful. Cannot recommend enough and the mailed prescriptions make it easy.”

“Market district is my favorite market in Indy! Every time I'm in the Carmel area I make it a point to stop by. They have soooo many fresh food options perfect for a quick lunch. I usually go for the fresh sushi or the salar bar. Prices aren't too bad considering everything is so fresh and high quality!”
“To busy. We never shop in Carmel. Everything is cramed together, and parking is awful. Lot of good shops, but I will go somewhere else next time. Walmart should never be in a small stripe area with all those little stores.”

“I stopped in on a Sunday morning with a short list of items. I came home with a little more because I found some additional things that never appear on the shelves at our regular store, like Comet bathroom cleaner, that my spouse swears by. Exorbitantly priced from a well-known online vendor! I might complain sometimes by how expansive a mega-store like this can be, yet smile when I leave with what I came for as well as a bonus item or two.”
“Prior to my eye Dr. prescribing a medication through Willowbrook Pharmacy, I had not heard of the business.I have had many good experiences with Willowbrook. They filled the prescription quickly, delivered it to my door and did so in a timely fashion.When it was time to refill, my insurance allowed a different price. Of course, it was higher.Willowbrook called and discussed with me the best way to dispense the medication so that I could work the cost into my budget.My most recent interaction with Willowbrook was this week. I ran out of medication. I thought I had another month, I did not.Symantha spoke with me about the current cost of the medication. She explained that a number of medications have gone up in cost and she would help me find the best way to dispense the medication.I have mail-in service through my insurance and usually find it the most reasonable. Symantha understood and said she would work with my insurance company and see if they could match my insurance price. If not, she understood and went through all the types of medications available, generic or not. She also explained how the generic was usually prescribed. After talking with her, I decided that I did not want the generic and went on to call the physician for a new prescription.I got a text this morning to call Willowbrook. Sumantha had text and asked for a call back, she was still working on the prescription, wondering if I needed any help with obtaining the prescription and quoted me the current price. It was higher than my mail-in price and she was willing to work with me, but the difference was sizeable.I have trained customer service representatives in the past. Believe me, Symantha is the most caring, informative and responsive representative I have dealt with recently.She went out of her way to explain various things, called back on her own with willingness to help. She has a pleasant voice and a caring personality. Even though I could not use Willowbrook this time, she understood and explained if I had any questions about any future prescriptions to feel free to call. They could be of help.”

“Edited to add: They’ve solved their staffing issues, which is great. Some staff are much more helpful / pleasant than others, but generally, a much improved experience as compared to last year.
Nov 2024:
Service is fine when it’s available… but to have to close a pharmacy on the weekends is unacceptable! This location needs to solve its staffing issues asap! When meds have a “pick up only” parameter, it’s tricky to pick them up when the pharmacy is never open.”

My grandma needed some meds while very sick and Nicole was so kind and really helped coordinate a timely pick up of her medication. Store outside was trash free and bushes cut back. All locations need this amount of care. Pharmacy employee was friendly and rang up our health items with our pharmacy items.”
