One of the better full service banks. Not sure about what is happening with the banking industry. Seems like more and more neighborhoods are loosing banks.

Very helpful! Made an appointment and they helped me open a student checking account for my 8th grader.

Always friendly and wanting to earn my business. Shutting down branches but had too many anyway. Also good online and app access to accounts.

Jeff The branch manager needs to be removed from this bank!! I am a local buisness owner and one of my employees was trying to cash his check and they wouldn't until they spoke with me. The teller who answered the phone was rude and she wouldn't talk to me. Jeff gets on the phone and has no customer service skills whatsoever!!! He was talking down to me and being very disrespectful. Crazy thing is they went through all of that and still never even verified who I was and then they cashed his check. This was all done basically to discriminate him!! I will be reaching out to corporate on Monday to fill a complaint on the teller and the manager.

This branch treats customers like dirt and we are the ones who have our money in your bank!!! I will be pulling out all of my money and going to Chase! This will be one of the banks that eventually close...

Christie King was amazing. Knowledgeable, helpful and so kind. Helped my wife and me navigate several transactions and made sure we were fully informed on every account.

I LOVE this bank!! It is the best PNC in the Indianapolis area that I've visited. I work nearby and I've started making all my bank trips during lunch so I can visit this branch rather than the one near my house. I first visited when my account was compromised and Damon Chase was super helpful, friendly, and understanding. It worked out great; none of my money was stolen and it was transferred into a new, non-compromised account that day. I met with Damon a couple more times, and I cannot say enough about how great he is! He is the first reason I started using this branch. Since meeting with him I've had the pleasure of doing business with several tellers and everyone at this bank is just wonderful. So nice, friendly, and helpful. This is how banking should be; great place, great employees!!!

The staff are extremely negligent of the decorum of communication with clients. Extremely unprofessional and violate all forms of standards when asking for sensitive personal information NOT in a private setting!!!!Almost made me feel like I should discontinue giving them my business.

We went in to close our accounts only because we'd rather work with a credit union now - no fault of PNC customer service. We had to go in after 5 due to work and they close at 6. Sara D had no issue helping us out, despite us leaving PNC. It took some time and went past 6 but she stuck around to make sure everything was in order. Jeff, the manager, helped out and also didn't make any issue out of how long it took. We appreciate that they did not have to stay past closing but chose to for us. If we choose to return to PNC in the future, we would gladly come to this branch for any banking needs!

Merchants Square Carmel, IN branch. Horrible attitude from the manager down to the tellers. Typical BIG bank. They treat customers like they are an inconvenience to their business instead of the REASON for their business. Refused to shred some old statements and then rudely told me I was out of line for even asking. This branch has two drive through lanes but only open one even though there are often 5-6 cars lined up.I’ve banked with PNC for twenty-five years plus. I was with Midwest Bank and then NCB prior to PNC acquiring them. The PNC branch at Merchants Plaza has been nothing but NO. Classic big bank service and attitude. I used to do business at the branch at 21 N. Rangeline Road in Carmel before it closed. Completely different experience at the Carmel Central branch. Friendly, helpful tellers and managers.I asked to have some old paper statements shredded at Merchants Square. I used to take old statements to the Central branch and they gladly obliged. Both Merchants Square tellers got an attitude and said NO (one even got lippy), then a big guy who was some sort of self-important manager said too bad so sad. Something about legality. BS. Typical BIG bank attitude, just like on the radio commercials.Earlier this year I took some papers I needed notarized to Merchants Square. They said NO. Some lame excuse about legality again. You’ll be sorry if you do business with PNC Merchants Square in Carmel.

Great people at this bank! We have used this bank for our business the last 3 years and has a small town feel, with the backing of a big bank! Love banking here!

Nothing special, just an ATM transaction.
