My favorite place for a highlight or cut. It smells so good in there you won't want to leave. The stylists are all amazing but Sara is my favorite so far! I leave looking and smelling fantastic every time. Its a perfect place if you have to maintain bangs because they offer in between bang cuts.

I had a hair appointment about a month ago with a senior stylist, and she rushed me, not caring what I wanted to be done to my hair, or following the previous pattern. They’re not worth the $132 they make you pay. Go to your local hair dressers. I went back to my old hair dresser who used to work there. They also did not give me the curls that I asked for and gave me a blow out for a rushed service… they lost a customer and did not include the hand massage if you can’t assist your customers don’t do a rush job and reschedule them instead. I wanted to pay for what I wanted to get and that wasn’t it. 0/10 stars never again.

What a fantastic experience I had at this salon! I was visiting the area and I needed some products. I made an appointment to get my hair cut and pick up the products I needed. It was amazing. My stylist was super attentive and professional. She gave me a beautiful haircut, a super relaxing shampoo, as well as a hand and arm massage. I’ll definitely return anytime I’m visiting the area. A very friendly and welcoming staff also.

I have virgin dark brown hair and have always been afraid to dye/bleach it for fear of damaging my hair and natural curl pattern. I made an appoint with Brian on a whim to do something fun with my hair since it is starting to gray. I decided to do a blonde/white peekaboo, and Brian was able to take my dark brown hair to a very light platinum blonde in one session with very little damage!! It was a long appointment (5+ hours) and Brian was wonderful the entire time. He has an amazing eye for detail and works with you to give you as close to your vision as possible without long term damage. I wouldn't trust anyone else with coloring my hair! The photos truly don't do it justice. I get compliments on my hair every single day.

Brian Bunting is a very experienced stylist and has cut and colored my hair for 20+ years. I have very short woman’s cut and I get compliments on my cut and fabulous color constantly. Brian has been my hairstylist for many years. People have stopped me in the airport, grocery, hardware, restaurants and even the hospital, to compliment my haircut. Brian is also an expert at hair color. Years ago Brian was able to transition me from hair coloring to my natural gray (my hair looked great through the whole transition). As a first time customer, I called and confirmed the price and first time special coupon when making the appointment. Apparently they booked me with a master stylist without informing me of the additional $40 charge and when I asked they said the onus is on me to check who I was scheduled with. As a first time customer, it was disappointing to be given that response! Also, please advertise pricing accurately and inform your customers when they call to make an appointment. They just lost me as a customer who would’ve continued going there, had they been good with customer service.Service: Haircut

I'm so happy to have found Pure Concepts just a few months ago, everyone is so friendly and it's such a nice atmosphere. Sophie Peirce is my stylist and she's the best! Love, love this place. Cynthia at front desk is great and always helpful, no matter how you mess up your appointment. Faisal, is a warm hearted hair genius who cuts my hair so incredibly well, I swear if my hair could have an emotion it would squeal in happiness each time I visit. All the folks in the place are great so you cannot go wrong in choosing this place.
