Unfortunately my doctor didn't give me a choice on where to fill certain prescriptions, so this is my only option. If you want it quickly, good luck! I have currently waited a week already and went in to try and pick it up and they had not even started filling it and said it would be another 3-4 more days at least. They cannot actually tell me when it will be ready. Ridiculous.

No decent customer service. Its clear they could care less about their patients. Hold times they say are more than one hour. You must text them but the automated message goes by so fast you have to call twice after them forcing you to text them. Find another pharmacy this place is nasty.

Been trying to call to confirm my information so that rx can be refilled. My doctor is the one that said they need me to call them. After holding for 45 minutes was told they don’t have authorization from my doctor. Called my doctor the next day and she said they do have authorization we gave it to them a week ago. Tried doing a conference call with Dr office and we were on hold over an hour. I had to get back to work so I had to hang up. I have been trying to call for 3 days now and can’t get through due to I’m doing this on my lunchtime since they are closed by the time I am finished with work. Needless to say if I didn’t have to use this pharmacy I wouldn’t! Awful customer service!

Still waiting on an Rx to be filled from 2/27 (currently 3/8). Can only reach someone through email, which you only get a bare minimum response. Asked for a phone call due to you will never get through and once again told processing but she actually verified information too. (quick to get that CC on file though)

The first time you get a prescription filled here, you have to call to confirm it. It’s been two weeks and I cannot get through to anybody, nor find an alternative way to confirm that I would like my prescription filled. Calling turns into hold times so long that I have to eventually give up, or an automated message telling me that wait times are too long to accept my call. There’s no answering machine and no way to access the portal without calling first, either. Truly frustrating.

This new system is not satisfactory. Up to a 2 hour wait and the text to refill does not work either very disappointed. Gave it a try on hold for 45 minutes...gave up.

The gate keeping in the pharmaceutical industry is insane. I just wanted to know some pricing on a peptide but apparently I’m not allowed to know the cost before I have my doctor call in the script. No one cares about health, just money money money. Who am I to even ask? Just shut up and pay, shopping around is not an option. Waste your doctors time and make it so hard for me to budget that I just give up and pay triple just because no one actually cares.

Fantastic experience - using Semaglutide (working the same as Wegovy, the same side effects, same benefits, and 1/4 of the cost). Delivery takes just a day or two, fair price and packaged perfect.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff! They fill prescriptions very fast. When they didnt have something I was looking for that made sure to work with me and order it. I’ve had nothing, but an amazing experience working with this pharmacy. Thank you Pure Pharmacy staff!
