KinderCare in Carmel is amazing! Our little one was very nervous and Kim, Ashley and the whole team met him with love and positivity every morning. We are so thankful for everyone there. Thank you for this extremely positive experience in an otherwise tough year!

We have our little one enrolled in the infant room and are very happy with her teachers, the director, and everyone we have interacted with at the school. During these uncertain times, they are doing their best with health screenings and always wearing a mask.My daughters teachers have been there for 6 years, which is a testament to the school. That is great retention that is hard to come by. I feel good knowing the teachers will be around for a while and obviously enjoy the school and their work. For our daughter we are happy she is getting the social interaction, new experiences and exposure to new solid foods at KinderCare.

Our daughter has attended this KinderCare location for a few months now and we could not be more thrilled with our experience! The teachers in her classroom have been there for a long time and just love on those kiddos. I don’t care about an education, she’s 8 months, I just want someone to care for her while I am working and there hasn’t been a day that’s passed where I didn’t feel that was the case!During COVID, their precautions make us feel at ease everyday so this virus has been the least of our worries. They have incorporated minimal lobby capacity, temperature checks, masks, and hand sanitizer. The only bummer is that parents cannot go past the lobby so we have never spent time in her room. :/ hopefully that will come back one of these days! The app is one of my favorite parts! We get little updates throughout the day on what’s going on with her and sometimes even a picture, it’s the best.I’m so glad we chose KinderCare for our daughter and I would highly recommend, especially for infants!

All of our son's teachers have been kind and patient and knowledgeable about early childhood development and education. Prices are affordable and they are one of the only daycares we found that do half days or partial weeks.

Our daughter attended from 2017-2019, and we are so glad we made that choice. The teachers were great, and she was genuinely loved by each of them across her three rooms. A very good mixture of fun/play and curriculum-based learning. Very reasonable pricing as well.To be frank, we had heard some negative word of mouth about other KC locations while living in Virginia. Rangeline Kindercare proved that wrong by a mile. Highly recommend.

Kindercare has had a huge impact on both my children's development! Every teacher there are all extremely friendly and patient with the children there. Every day i pick them up form school i always hear a great story about how fun class was that day or that they got a little step of self independence in class because they got to help with something or what ever it maybe. We have been in the kindercare Family for over 3 years now and sadly our last week here. Thank you Ashley, Jenna and the rest Kindercare team for being a big part of my children's life as they both start the school year!

I do not reccomend this facility in general. There are a couple of great teachers, who are extremely under appreciated and supported, but stay because they really do love the kids, But there are several snakes in the midst. The director will do anything to save herself, and does not truly listen to the children who state their feelings being ignored, she dismisses them in protection of the teacher, assuring parents "our teachers wouldn't do that" parents, please listen to your child! My own child was being pinched, and bc of her behaviour i mistakenly ignored her, to find out from my older child that it really is happening! My children were kicked out with no warning, no conference, and i worked there, constantly tried to support the teacher and follow advice from management, an extremely involved parent. One of my children has a safety plan for his mental health disorders, which were mostly ignored and not followed, in fact things like rearranging the room was happening frequently, greatly effecting him. At one point he was secluded in the adult bathroom and covered in chemicals with some medication all around him on the floor. Yes, a teacher has left the room unattended, i walked by to hear kids going where is she. To find out there truly was no teacher in the room, peoples children telling me They were scared bc they couldnt find her. A teacher has fallen asleep, and management walked in on her, but claims to not have noticed. Another teacher has been heard through the walls yelling at the children. Children in hallways with no adult in sight. Children in the wrong classrooms regularly because they are short staffed and consistently over ratio. Teachers being told to tough it out or deal with it, when they are asking for help bc one single teacher has had 20 kids alone for an hr! But just wait until some one else clocks in! And my childs teacher was mocking her, threatening her to throw her stuff away, embarrassing her in front of the class(causing emotional distress ultimately contributing to her behaviour that got her expelled with no warning), and pinching her arm, squeezing her face! Let me make clear, THIS TEACHER IS STILL WITH YOUR CHILDREN! In fact, all the teachers who have done these things are! I was the only one who spoke up and tried to truly help, and i was fired, apparently for not calling some number(i dont even know what number i was supposed to call!) They can fake that smile all day and say the right things, but behind closed doors... plus they are short staffed so they wont fire any teachers.I was just a cook, easy to replace, but now they will continue to have uncertified people in there, as well as a cook who improperly cooks the food. I truly loved your children, and went above and beyond to connect and nurture them and protect them, and I am heart broken to leave them, now voiceless in this environment. To top it off I am physically sick from the stress and hardship this has caused my family. I am now jobless, as a single mom of 4, without child care, and in such a tight spot in my life, all for caring and trying to help. If you use ccdf here, make sure you are on top of your ccdf swipe account and connection account! This IS the type of center that will make sure they get every penny they can. Honestly from the outside, its great, but what goes on when no parents are there, not so much. I will be following through and finding how I make the right reports to correct these issues.
