When I got to the place the unit they rented me wouldn’t hold any they were too small and the person that helped me had left and closed shop before I could get a bigger unit!! Very disappointed in the place!!

I'm sure Rangeline self-storage is a fine place. The young man who helped me was very kind. The U-Haul portion of that place is unbelievable. And I certainly don't want to make you think that it's in a good way. When you rent something and you get the information and then you show up and the place is closed, it's not a good thing.

I used the automated services of the U-Haul and it was easy to complete the dropoff of the truck when I was done with it.

Bill is super cool. Helped me out a couple minutes before closing when he didn't have to. I drove all the way from Chicago so his upbeat attitude was appreciated. Very charismatic.

Awful: charged me $20 more and when I called to fix my bill waited for two whole minutes for someone to pick up only to have them take the phone off the hook and talk about food and Michael j fox movies for five whole minutes while being ignored. Finally had enough of yelling ‘hello hello' and hung up. Tried to call back and the phone was STILL off the hook. EXTREMELY unprofessional. Will never use uhaul again.
