I called from FL their listed phone #, and Michael, the manager, answered. Needed some documents sent to a FL branch, he had them to a FL branch in like 5 min. I have never been inside the branch but it is hard to believe the reviews accurately reflect their service. Thanks for the prompt and courteous service.

Have been with them for many years. They do a good job with their banking app and providing options all around Indianapolis. They have always been friendly when in the lobby or going through the drive-thru.

If it was possible to give negative stars, this branch would receive 5 negative stars!! This bank is horrible, and their tellers are rude. We have (soon it will be "had") a business account there. Went to make a deposit of $167 using 2 hundred dollar bills. They refused to give the change back!!! They said they do not return change on business deposits--deposit amounts must be exact change!! Who ever heard of this!! We will be changing banks.!!

They denied my cash deposit because it included 2$ in quarters. So now I'm making deposits with another bank, with a free coin machine. Walked away and not looking back.

Western union is a quick service to send or recieve money Everybody does it quicker Never been asked about my driver licence ++++++ passeport work permit ????? U supposed to take this service from ur bank pls

I would stay away from these banks their customer service is terrible and they seem to be completely incompetent with managing money and transactions. They seem to only be focused on NOT TALKING to their clients and just picking up the next account. WOW! how can they survive?

It is impossible to call a branch. All of their listings - Yelp, Yellow Pages, White Pages, Google, etc. all provide their "Green Line" phone number. If you call that you're forced into a 2-level phone tree. If you try to get to the "operator", you're forced to enter your SSN. Why on earth does Regions Bank (the bank I'm going to close all of my accounts at today) prevent its customers from reaching the people at the bank that they know, i.e., the branch employees? Customer service must be #99.

Can not provide the personal customer service I had at Hazel Dell and cannot follow thru with request causing a disaster in my bank account...I cannot stand banking with this bank anymore if this is what I have to put up with
