Our HVAC has been out for seven days during hot weather. Management provided a temporary unit that cools only one room, leaving the rest of the apartment very uncomfortable. Repairs have been delayed, and communication about scheduling has been inconsistent. I’m disappointed with how long it’s taken to restore air conditioning.”

Amber was so amazing she was quick but thorough which I can appreciate as I live on Go and have little time for unnecessary conversations. Haven’t moved in yet but i’m betting this will go just as smooth.
