ABSOLUTELY ABUSIVE treatment of a brand new employee, cursing and threatening them for not doing everything right the first time—all this AFTER clearly agreeing in the interview process that there would be a major learning curve. UTTERLY DISGRACEFUL in this and several other ways as well.

It is an honor and a complete pleasure to be part of this company. I say it with great pride that I work for Ritron INC. I am one of Ritron's Quality Control Technicians and I absolutely love my position here. It's been a complete and refreshing change to come here where I have grown and learned. This is a company with 42 years in the business that has developed some great working relationships with it's customers. I love the fact that it's a family orientated business also. Working here its clear to see by listening to the conversations of other fellow employees, watching and observing that there is a lot of passion and hardwork that goes into this company everyday. The products that are manufactured here are incredible and I take great pride in being given the opportunity to play a role in developing these products for our customers. We have a fantastic team here and management are absolutely amazing when it comes to running the company and how they treat their staff. I believe if people are happy and they can come together as a team, goals are always met and that's what I see here. Steve Rice, president of Ritron always talks about family and how we should come together as a team. That is what I've experienced being here. We are all a family that support each other, encourage each other and motivate each other to get the job done!!! As I am, he is also a man of faith and is incredible with his staff and company. An absolute pleasure to be involved with this company, with the technology involved in my role and the many products that are produced for our valued customers. For the long haul, I plan on being here for many many years, staying loyal and committed to a company such as this, continuing to serve it's customers. Huge thankyou to the Rice family and all the staff at Ritron for the hardwork you do to develop a strong company reputation and satisfy the needs of our customers.
