“I grew up in Carmel. I watched it be THE retail spot in Carmel for most of my childhood until Keystone Parkway was built. It's still nice, but Keystone made it much harder to access.”

“This is a great place to live, it is very quiet, me and my grandma have lived here for about 8 years now, The maintenance people here are great, Matt, and Christian as well is a very great maintenance person. They both help you with whatever is needed, And they always try to get to your apartment as soon as they can. I would say out of the seven years we have lived here, the only issue I’ve ever really had that definitely could be prevented is the parking, If you want a parking spot assigned to you that is not a public parking spot, you have to then pay $130.00 For parking inside the gate, and $100 for parking outside of the gate. And the only other thing I would say that is a little bit frustrating at times is the assistance’s in the front office, there are a lot of times where the assistance’s constantly get let go from the company, and then there are constantly new assistance’s that come in, but unfortunately, those new Assistance’s that come in to work for that job position, do not know much about the apartments or how the apartment complex works. But aside from that, this is a wonderful complex and I would highly recommend moving into this complex whether that be for someone that is looking for a new place to live, Or even if someone is looking for a temporary place to live. Attached below are some photos of my apartment that I have now currently, and an apartment I have had in the past that are from the different buildings in this complex.”
