The caramel location has always done me right with my hair. But I live in Westfield. They have always done well too. Today I went there and a different man did my hair. I always go to sports clips. And I always will. But this dude was the worst. Very nice man. Don't give me wrong... But watching Howie did my hair. He almost seemed afraid to use shears. What I wanted was very simple and I've gotten it every time. But this cat my hair is on some magical. I got long pieces where it should be short pieces, short pieces where there should be long pieces... I want to go back to the Westfield location and have them do it right. But I can't bring myself to walk in and complain and make them fix it. So I'm going to end up going to a different location probably, I've never left a review of any kind that was negative. But I had to this time. This cat just does not know how to do hair the right way.

I went into the store and within 5 minutes I smelled weed coming from the lady cutting my hair. She then proceeded to talk to the other employees about how she had just taken a break to go home and grab her “medicine” and that now her hands won’t be trembling anymore. My haircut took 30 minutes of her pulling my hair and poking my head with her scissors. I left my haircut with a squared shaped buzz in the side of my head when I asked for a half inch off. Horrible experience, I will never be coming back
