Unfortunately, I had a very poor experience at this T-Mobile location. I had to wait around 45 minutes for someone to help me purchase a new phone. A rep finally came to help me, and began going through trade in and financing options. After declining the financing options on the new phone and declining his offer to purchase a charging block for the new device, the sales representative told me to shop elsewhere and stormed off to the back, refusing to sell me the phone. In all honesty, this interaction was the worst I’ve ever been treated as a customer at any retail store. I get that everyone has a bad day once in a while, but this sales rep’s behavior was simply rude and unprofessional. I hope changes are made to ensure other’s don’t have the same experience I had at this location.

This place is joke do not buy a phone from here I highly recommend Verizon in Westfield they are so much better.

I wish I had never tried their service. I quickly terminated my cellular home internet after finding it's speeds were about 20% of what their phone representatives estimated I would get.For months T-Mobile sent me a final bill of negative $40. They owed me. Now they've sent me a $40 gift card AND another bill for positive $40.Twice I've tried to use their services and twice I've been sorely disappointed. Look elsewhere for service.

The staff at this store was amazing!! Daisey, Andrea, Spenser, Nakita, and Patrick are simply wonderful. I recently visited the Tmobile store at Clay Terrace knowing that my phone was old (5 years), my plan outdated and dreading the changes. I expected a bunch of upselling and a huge increase to my monthly bill. I am very happy to report that the staff really helped me find the best phone for me (without pressuring me) and the plan that fit my budget. I even got a free watch that was on a promotion! Though it took a long time to transfer files from my old phone to the new one, I am very happy I waited as all my memories and settings came loaded onto the new phone. I don't typically have problems with tmobile, but I am confident that if I do, the crew at Clay Terrace will take care of me.

As with the previous review, T-Mobile has been nothing but a disappointment. They promise you the moon and the stars and then take your trade in phone. Once the trade-in phone leaves your possession, they mysteriously find “water damage“. I wish I had researched the situation further as it is known, rampantly, that this mysterious water damage is found so they do not have to uphold their promise. They remove the trade credit as well as other discounts on the new phone. Avoid T-Mobile, they in my opinion, have fraudulent practices. I can assure you that my phone was not damaged. I am an older woman that takes very good care of my personal items. My phone had the glass protection and high end case. In addition, my phone was never around water, or a water source. It is convenient that once they have your phone, they mysteriously say it has water damage, and then you do not have the ability to have it inspected on your own to confirm that it didn’t. if you’re with another carrier, stay with them, or choose a more reputable company other than T-Mobile. This is unfortunate as I was a customer of sprint for many many years without issue. Avoid T-Mobile and their questionable practices like the plague! To add insult to injury, the map that I was shown that indicated I was to have a superior service was not accurate. If you call customer service to try to resolve these issues, you are promised that it is corrected only to learn on your next billing that they told you what you wanted to hear to get you off the phone. No corrections have taken place. Attempts to speak with management have been disregarded as “sorry for your luck”. To say I am salty would be an understatement. I specifically turned my phone in at this branch location and did not mail my phone to the vendor so I would not have this additional hassle. I can only assume that one of two things have taken place, either my phone was damaged at the local store and submitted to their vendor or it was damaged along the route. I can assure you it was not damaged in any manner in my possession. I would never recommend anyone to T-Mobile for coverage, phone upgrade, or any accountability. they do provide the bait and switch and find avenues to avoid the responsibility to uphold their end without the customer being able to prove otherwise.

Buyers beware. Please read!T mobile has been nothing but a scam and a headache. My family and I recently decided to switch over to T mobile to try to lower our bills on a family plan; I recently purchased a new phone from version (within 3 months) , my mother had a two year old phone in pristine condition (otter box/glass protector exc.) and my father had a three year old phone in similar condition. Upon speaking to their sales team, they convinced us all to trade in our phone because of their new “deals.” They stated I can trade in my phone for a new one, my mother could trade hers in for a handsome credit, and my father could get a partial credit for his. All we needed to do is trade in our phones and switch to them.So far to put it frank it has been a disaster. My phone had the bait and switch package which included giving me a “credit” and upping my phone bill on the back end, my mothers phone had her credit removed due to mysterious major water damage when t mobile shipped it out from one of their stores and inspected it before hand, and my fathers credit remained the same.Not only were we scammed with a higher phone bill, mysterious add ons being added without our knowledge to our plan, locked into a contract so we cannot reverse, fraud, and countless other misfortunes; the service is far worse than i could imagine. Calls drop, slow internet speed, and I literally now have to walk outside my office to send emails which now takes up to five minutes. TERRIBLE SHAMEFUL SERVICE.

Poor customer service! There was one customer in the store that was before me. Once they started helping me to get my new sim cards to change over from Sprint to T-Mobile they received phone calls and were more worried about helping them on the phone as well as working on remodeling the store. Being a Sprint customer for 25 years and having to go out of my way to make sure our phones worked was already frustrating. Then to be put to the side and sit around and wait while they helped other folks that called in was irritating. So after waiting around awhile I left and went down to the store at 116th St. in Carmel and was literally in and out in 2 minutes with my sim cards. I wasted a lot more time than that at this store even while they tried to help me.

There's never a reason to be rude. We stood in the middle of the store for 15 minutes. No "Hello" no, "You're next" no "Drop dead". To be ignored and a T mobile 7 year customer paying for 5 lines, unacceptable.

Just going to hype up Spenser real quick. Spenser was knowledgeable and very helpful. I went in to change plans with no intentions on walking out with a new phone…Ended up walking out with a new plan and a new phone. Spenser was chill and laid back. He wasn’t trying to be pushy on selling me anything and everything he could like most people at these stores lol. He made the process less stressful than what it usually is. After I left, there was a small little mishap and Spenser went out of his way and was able to help me through it and saved pretty much all of my memories that I had. I appreciate that he went out of his way to help me. A real genuine dude and I greatly appreciate his help yesterday. I know to him, it was just another day at the office but to me, he was a life saver!! Thank you Spenser. Keep being you.
