Sit through the drive thru for 25 minutes burning gas and there's no ESCAPE. Once you're in the line of cars you're just stuck waiting for the SLOWEST service ever.

They're very slow. Once found blonde hair in my iced coffee. Recently they refused to scan my phone for rewards claiming my screen was dark. my screen was on bright. The 2 cars ahead of me with white customers had no problem getting their phone scanned. But as soon as my black self got up there it was a problem. Bottom line they HATE black people!!!!!!

I used mobile order. They made my drink wrong. When I asked for a cup of ice with milk so I could fix the drink they just handed me. They said, “sure…in just a minute.” Ultimately, they fixed it but there was no reason to put me off. I was the only one standing there waiting for my order. It was upsetting.

Morning coffee run here might takes a little long. Order ahead, expect 10 mins for the prep time (for some menu, I guess) but the staffs are nice. Can't complain because they always have busy drive thru in the morning.Caramel Brûlée Latte! Worth the wait :)

I love this location, but today at 6:50a, whoever was working front register was very rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience. Love the baristas though!

I have always ordered on the app at this Starbucks and never had any problems. Today there was a glitch where my card was charged but the order wouldn’t show up on Starbucks end (not their fault). I had the receipt, on the app, where i was charged for a “Venti vanilla sweet cream cold brew” showing $4.85 after tax. However, the manager said my receipt wasn’t valid but couldn’t show me where on the app would have the receipt they needed and that the drink was supposed to cost $5.95? I offered to pay the difference but the manager insisted they would “let me off this one time”. Once the app worked, after leaving, i double checked and the drink (venti sized) still showed $4.85 after tax. Thankfully i wasn’t double charged but i felt how i was treated at check out was unfair.
