I really like this facility, it's always clean. The staff are always very friendly and helpful. Dr. DeLee is hands down the best doctor I've ever had. He is a good listener, doesn't make you feel rushed, and cares about his patients. I drive an hour and 10 minutes, bypassing many doctors along the way, just to see Dr. DeLee. I would highly recommend this facility, and Dr. DeLee to any and everyone

Dr DeLee is a good listener and able to access multiple points of discussion and efficiently navigate through them to help me address my health concerns. (Changing medications, annual physical exam, laboratory blood tests, urological and neurological concerns to list a few). He is a good clinical practitioner and is surrounded by good staff and a good Nurse Practitioner.

Dr. DeLee has been instrumental in managing my health challenges in a professional and timely fashion! Plus, he’s a kind and compassionate person! A rare combo into healthcare today! I’ve recommended him and The Hazel Dell clinic to several friends and they too have been impressed with the quality of care they have received!

Doctor Delee is a good doctor. Screw all these folks leaving him bad reviews.
Every time I’ve ever paid him a visit, he’s been nothing but friendly, personable and helpful. People may not always get the answers they want but that’s no reason to rag on the man.
He’s good at his job and I’m proud to be a patient of his.

Doctor Delee is a great doctor, always quick to come in and address any issues when i have an appointment.
However, when there’s any issues with medications i cannot get ahold of him or his staff. It takes days to hear back, which can be frustrating especially when im out of medication after stretching it.

Dr. Delee was thorough and attentive, carefully listening to both my wife's and my health concerns without making us feel rushed. He dedicated ample time to our appointment, which started promptly as scheduled. Although there was some initial difficulty with sorting out the insurance details, the staff eventually resolved the issue. Overall, our experience was positive and met our expectations, making it a satisfactory visit.

I have not had insurance because because I lost my job. I have had three heart attacks and a quadruple bypass. They are doctors and they know how important it is for me to have my medication. Since I do not have insurance, nor did I have a job to pay for a Doctor's appointment? Or The mortgage, car payment, food for my family and so on They would not refill my medication.
Now I have insurance and they can't see me for 2 weeks. SERIOUSLY DISTURBING AND SAD.

Don’t usually leave google reviews but this experience was terrible so looking to protect the time of patients on north side of Indy. My current Primary care doc is on medical leave so I was told that Dr. DeLee was “kind” enough to see my doctors patients and help them with their medication refills. However, kind is not a word I’d use to describe this doctor. Medical staff was fantastic and kind and quick but Dr delee was quick in a bad way. No empathy and was “willing” to provide a 10 day refill on a medication I need all year. Took 2 weeks to get in with him and now I have to hunt for another doctor to help treat my condition because he doesn’t care enough to try to help. If you’re a new patient and have anything that takes time for him to understand your history, look elsewhere as he seems more concerned with getting patients in and out the door and patient problems are a waste of his time.
