The time has come (better late than never) for me to get into better shape. I treated my body like a trash receptacle for far too long and my work out efforts were average at best and it shows. I always despised going to the gym, but I needed accountability and kick in the butt. I signed up for personal training with Survival Fitness and it is best thing I have done. I cannot remember a time when I looked forward to going to the gym. My personal training sessions are with Josh, I am enjoying the challenge, and I am always looking forward to my next session. If Survival Fitness was able to turn this fat guy from hate going to the gym, to looking forward to the next session, I recommend stopping by and take the next step to changing your life.

if doin it on your own isn't enough, come by and sit in. it's change the way I workout for sure. a wide variety of exercises with full immersion.

If you're looking to support a small business and getting fit, survival gym is the place for you. The gym is full of fun equipments and even has some ninja warrior type of courses. The owner, Josh, is also extremely nice with a lot of ideas to challenge you. When you join survival gym you can join in how your schedule fits in and the workout is defined for you. Josh will also work around any injuries and help you get the best work out your can. On my try out I was able to do hammer swings in a tire, belt squats, triceps, a whole lot of new workout ideas! I totally recommend survival fitness if you can accommodate the schedule

I went to a trial class this past Sunday and loved my HIIT class with Annie. I’m pretty out of shape and she took the time to help me with modifications so that I was still getting a good workout. I am super excited to come check out the strength classes too! Members were super friendly, staff has been amazing, super responsive and helpful! Covid safe atmosphere. Highly recommend checking them out!

As someone who isn’t entirely fit, I was super nervous to come to some of the classes, but there wasn’t a single person there that judged me or wasn’t willing to help! The atmosphere they’ve created at Survival is welcoming, fun, challenging, and engaging. They’ve done such a great job and I’m so glad I joined!

I can’t recommend this place enough!!! Hands down the best gym I’ve ever been to!! Josh is incredible!! If you want results .. make the commitment and go to this gym and see josh... and the members are very welcoming and encouraging!

Usually these group classes aren't challenging for me however this was SO good. Diana was very excited and encouraging . The other members of the group were regulars and were friendly. Definitely would recommend!

I’ve been at Survival Fitness for almost 10 years. Every class is different, challenging and geared to helping provide a healthier you. The members are all amazing people and they become like family, but the true hidden gem are the trainers. Their energy is infectious while you are working out. There are days I have walked in “too tired” to work out, but I’ve fed of Josh, Diana and Frank’s genuine enthusiasm and pushed on. At 54, I’m probably in the best shape of my life...thank you Survival Fitness!!!

I love this gym! When I started, I hadn't used weights or machines in nearly a decade. Both Josh and Diana have always been super helpful, guiding me with what to do and ensuring I have proper form. The class schedule is good, and I like that I can easily sign up when I'd like to go, without committing far in advance or to a monthly membership. Everyone there is friendly and encouraging.

I love coming to survival fitness to work out! I've been coming for a few months and have enjoyed my experience the longer I've been attending classes. All of the trainers are extremely nice and extremely helpful. They seem to take a very vested interest in everyone who comes to class. They are always there to offer support and modifications for exercises if need be. The folks who attend the classes are also awesome! Everyone is so friendly and supportive with each other. My experience at survival has been almost like a family. I have lost a lot of weight but gained a lot of confidence and I would even say friends from attending this gym! I highly recommend it!

I tried a few classes and got bored pretty quickly during each visit due to the constant repetition of moves throughout the time. The constant hand clapping is also pretty juvenile and annoying. Please don't tell me to high-five someone, it loses its sincerity when being told to do it. And the trainers "yell/push" everyone alittle too in your face. Let me do me. The facility is nice with a cushioned floor and lots of equipment. Also the recent promotion of the MLM Shaklee company ...pushing their overpriced products is poor form. Makes me question their "nutrition" advice that comes with membership.
